Complex has heated pool, spa, tennis courts, BBQ and parking. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, students, researchers, professors and families.

Location and quietness are two favorite things about this place. This unit is also walking distance to pool, kid-friendly park, grocery stores and shopping.

Hi there, I am originally from Serbia. Got to the states a long time ago on a DI volleyball scholarship. I graduated from University of Wyoming where I met my husband. Our life journey has led us to San Diego which has been our home since 2015. We both enjoy meeting new people and feel honored on having a chance to host people at the location, neighborhood and town we enjoy the most.

Why they chose this property

Location was the key to us. Having a chance to quickly access highways, airport, or any place really in town with 15+ min was a selling point to us. Additionally, this home offers wide verity of options for those who like exploring places on foot. Its walking distance to our heated pool, kid-friendly park, grocery stores, cafes and shopping. Shopping area near us is called The Shops at La Jolla Village. This shopping center also allows you catch a train and use public transpiration to downtown or UTC Westfield Shopping center.

What makes this property unique

I may be biased, but its really hard to beat the location, accessibility and the condition of the unit. We gave it a lot of love and time, so I am hoping that's shinning through images of the home itself.
