We have 2 themed bedrooms - Mickey Mouse and Harry Potter, especially designed for your little ones! This house also has a newly remodeled kitchen with everything you need for preparing fresh meals, an outside pool (Jacuzzi is NOT included), and a game room with a foosball, a pool table, a dart board and a shot basketball arcade game for our guests to enjoy. New appliances and smart home devices (smart TV, nest thermostat, etc) are also equipped in this house for better stay experience.
You will have access to the entire house. You can park in front of the garage and there are a lot of free street parkings available in the neighborhood, so parking would be a breeze!

We have security system and outside surveillance cameras that will be triggered by noise and motion. We will call Airbnb to force evacuating the party groups based on Airbnb's policy. $300 fines will be charged for violating the rule.

Please note - prior to booking, there is 25 year-old age minimum requirement and the person who book the house must be present during the entire stay and this rule is strictly enforced. 3.【QUIET HOURS 10PM-8AM】
We try really hard to be clear about our expectations of our guests as well as what you can expect from our homes, and we believe most of our guests understand that and are awesome! But we did have enough trouble incidents that we have felt the need to outline in detail the guidelines we expect guests to follow, first and foremost being the quiet hours between 10pm and 8am which is really for the sake of our neighbors sanity. Really our goal is to provide the most a comfortable and clean well kept rental home, as well as, an awesome Florida experience.
4.【NO SMOKING】
If any signs of smoking are detected, the guests agree to pay a $300 violation fee.
5.【NO PET】
This property is pet-free, NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.
6. 【NO shoes on carpet】
We appreciate that you are helping to take care of the cleanliness of our house! Please kindly remove your shoes when you enter carpet area in the house.
7.【Pool Policy】
A private pool is available on the property featuring safety fences. Please be noted that Jacuzzi is NOT included in the amenity. Pool heating is offered for an additional fee of $40/per day, which is ONLY available for stays longer than 5 days and will need to cover the whole duration of your stay. Please be noted that it would take 24-48 hrs for the pool to heat up. As is standard in the vacation home rental industry, pool heating must be requested in advance and paid for prior to arrival.
8.【Pest Control】
Although this house is on a scheduled pest control maintenance, you may still see ants, cockroaches, spiders, and other assorted insects inside the house. It's impossible to eradicate in this tropical environment and should not be construed as a sign of uncleanliness. You can help to reduce their visits by keeping the counters and sink clear of any open food, taking out the trash everyday, and leaving package boxes outside/disposing them right away.
9.【Self Catering】
This is a self catering home. We will provide an initial starter supply. Extra supplies will need to be purchased from the store at your cost.
