Find an incredible amount of space for your Cape Cod adventures at this beautifully situated home right around the corner from Ridgevale Beach (offering a parking lot, restrooms, and a seasonal snack bar). Route 28 is less than a mile north, granting you easy access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail (one mile), the charming heart of downtown Chatham, and Chatham A's games at Veterans Field (both are just over three miles). Iconic Lighthouse Beach is less than five miles east as well.

Spend your mornings swimming in the ocean and your afternoons rinsing off in the outdoor shower, watching your kids play in the sprawling yard (equipped with a hammock and firepit), and operating the gas grill for sunset dinners on the patio. Step inside to enjoy multiple gathering spaces and blissful central air-conditioning to take a break from the summer sun.

On the main floor, make yourself at home in a living room lined with windows (which can even be closed off as a private sleeping space). It adjoins an open and breezy kitchen, dining room, and family room - a beautiful spot for cooking on stainless steel appliances, sharing pancakes at the breakfast bar, playing board games after dinner, and streaming movies on one of the home's four smart TVs.

Two staircases lead to the second floor, where you'll find a second loft-style living area with a smart TV and a spacious room that makes a great home office (with a desk, a monitor, and complimentary WiFi). All the bedrooms have direct bathroom access. One upstairs has a kitchenette, TV, and direct access to a bonus living space with a TV area and Ping-Pong table, and another is outfitted with kids' bunks. The third is downstairs, offering a desk workspace. A private washer/dryer is provided for your convenience as well.

The living room can be closed off to become a private sleeping space with a double futon.
The bunk beds are for children only.
Streaming services are available with guests' own account credentials.
The fireplace and basement are not for guest use.
Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
