This home is in the lovely Aspen Brook HOA, a collection of homes on the banks of the Big Thompson River. The HOA common land offers several hundred feet of river to fish in, but you can also simply walk across Highway 66, about a block away, and head into the National Park to fish in Moraine Park. Getting there is about a 20 minute hike.
The HOA has some important rules: no motorcycles, ATVs, trailers or RVs. We have neighborhood quiet hours from 9pm to 8am. No pets of any kind, and absolutely no smoking in the entire neighborhood.
There is a neighborhood picnic area and play area for kids.
Within 1.5 miles are the two best restaurants in Estes Park (Bird & Jim and the Rock Inn) or drive a few miles down 66 (past the YMCA of the Rockies) to Portal Campground and great hiking without the crowds.
One of the greatest features of this neighborhood is its proximity to the National Park. Just a short walk from your doorstep, you can immerse yourself in the natural beauty as the park boundary is only a couple of blocks away. Additionally, if you prefer driving, you won`t have to endure the bustling downtown traffic to reach the park entry station since the home is conveniently located on the west side of town.
Should you feel like exploring downtown without the hassle of parking, you`re in luck. During the summer months, the town provides a complimentary shuttle service. With a stop located approximately one and a half miles away, you can easily hop on the shuttle and enjoy a stress-free trip to the vibrant heart of the city.

Simply wonderful describes the area surrounding the cabin, the home itself and the amenities. Thoroughly enjoyed staying in this beautiful place. It’s a quick hike to YMCA of the Rockies, which is lots of fun. There are quaint cafes and a delightful town to explore.
My family and I had a great time here. The location was perfect in relation to the park entrances and downtown Estes. The house was clean and bedrooms were spacious. My kids loved the Piano, pool table and PS4. Lots to do when relaxing between outdoor activities. The playground and river right across the street was also a great bonus.
Multi-level home easily accommodates multiple guests. Home was very spacious and comfortable, with great family room/rec room downstairs that included a pool table. Tranquil quiet neighborhood, nice front porch sitting area. Home is in woodsy area minutes from Estes Park and the entrance to RMNP, and Door Dash can provide food delivery from many nearby restaurants. Hope to visit again sometime, perfect for a retreat with family & friends. Highly recommend.
Our family absolutely loved staying at this house, for our visit to RMNP and Estes Park. My teenagers loved the gaming room, pool table, and entertainment area. My youngest loved the creek side park and playground across the street. Everyone loved how spacious it is. My wife loved how many stars we could see from the deck at night. I loved the fireplaces and comfortable living room, and the Adirondack chairs on the deck. And that everyone was happy with their bed and room — no bickering! We were really pleased, and would absolutely rent again. Great memories made.
