By no fault of the host whatsoever, the road to the location is very bumpy and there are no street lights at night. This is just a warning for anyone who drives a smaller car. If you come in expecting a cute modular home in the country, and understand country living you will love the property. Extremely quiet at night, and less than 2 miles from Publix or Walmart to grab any essentials you might need.
Stayed here for 4 nights to visit family in the north Tampa area. Great location with access to shopping and restaurants. Very private, roomy, and clean.
Spent 30 days in March at this property, suited our needs perfectly.Owners are very responsive and willing to do what it takes to make you comfortable. Great fenced in property for all our pets. Property is close to shopping and hospitals (which we needed)
Our family stayed in this home for almost two weeks while we visited friends in this part of Florida. It was a wonderful home away from home, a quiet neighborhood and it has an almost country feel without being far away from town. Just a wonderful place for a family to stay!

We were in Tampa for a Quinceanera and stayed in Westley Chappel. Nice property overall, very close to downtown Tampa and shopping, food, etc. Property is very quiet, on a large piece of land. Ideal for dogs and family time.
The property was exactly as described plenty of parking the feeling of country living. Host replied almost immediately to any questions we had and was very kind. We plan on staying again next year if available

Nice clean country home with plenty of space. My grandkids visited us while we were staying, and they loved playing football in the acre yard. This home is currently not handicap accessible. Alexander was very helpful and quick to respond.
Was at the property during Milton. Home was damaged by storm. Owner(s) we're gracious enough to refund days not able to stay there.

Do Not Book
Upon arrival we found that the property was not in good shape and it was infested with spiders. We ended up having to find other accommodations for our team and are fighting with VRBO to get future bookings cancelled at this property.
Pictures and cherry picked reviews are very misleading.

James,
Thank you for taking the time to provide your review. I appreciate your feedback and would like to address your comments:
Spiders in the House: When you notified me on the third day of your stay, I promptly contacted a pest control company and arranged for a technician to visit the next day. I informed you of this in a timely manner and assured you that the problem would be addressed before your next booking. Our indoor cleaning crew did not report any insect issue post your check out. However, as a responsible host, I will ensure a thorough pest control treatment to improve the experience for all our future guests.
Finding Alternative Accommodation: Our outdoor cameras showed that your party remained in the house until the checkout day.
Cherry picked reviews: Please note that, as a Vrbo host, I have absolutely no control over guest reviews. A bit of research can confirm you this.
Accuracy of Pictures: The pictures in our listing accurately represent the house, including the furniture, rooms, utilities, and appliances. Previous reviews support this accuracy.
Future Stays: I understand that you are unhappy with your stay. We strive to ensure our guests feel at home and enjoy their experience and we work hard for the same.
As unhappy you stated you are, its up to you to cancel your future stays. You should work with Vrbo for the same.
I regret that your experience was not satisfactory. As a host, when unfortunate events happen, I aim to resolve issues promptly and efficiently and same was done with your stay.
Note: Please note that pest control technician certified that there is NO insect infestation in the house.
This is our first time using a VRBO and could not be happier with our experience! Alexander was always quick to reply, as was his property manager David. The home had a very warm, welcoming atmosphere. The 4 bedrooms were true, so we all had own own space & the living areas were spacious. The kitchen has a full fridge & good cupboard space and the dining room has a great coffee bar area. Its a nice little country neighborhood, so you'll get to hear chickens and genies and dogs, but it's not intrusive during the evening. Just a couple of things to note: We did see 2 bugs- the 1st was dead & the 2nd was on the 2nd night after we had been in and out, but that was it, not even spiders in the screen or laundry rooms, so I don't consider it a problem at all; and there were extra paper products but we needed to pick up more TP. In all fairness, we did not contact the host or property manager about that because we were in and out a lot during out stay so it was easier for us to just pick some up. I recommend this place, as well as host Alexander.

About the host
Hosted by Alexander
Our family have been living in sunny Florida for around 20 years now. I enjoy meeting new people and familiarizing myself with other cultures. This is, essentially, why I’ve decided to become a VRBO host.
