This spacious cabin is located in Townsend, the Peaceful Side of the Smokies, and is a part of the Laurel Valley gated community. This well-kept community is home to The Wild Laurel Golf Course, where you can enjoy the amenities including a swimming pool with mountain views, a gym, a sauna, an 18-hole golf course, and an on-site tavern.

This updated cabin in the Great Smoky Mountains sleeps up to 12 people and is the perfect getaway for the whole family.

About Ridge View Cabin

Upon entering Ridge View Cabin, you will enter into a spacious living area with vaulted ceilings, a sleeper sofa, a Smart TV, and a gas fireplace. Stay cozy by the fireplace on chill Smoky Mountain evenings while you stream your favorite movies and shows from the Smart TV.

As you continue through the open concept living area, you will find the dining area and updated kitchen.The large kitchen is complete with granite countertops, updated appliances, and a coffee bar to enjoy each morning. The dining area is the perfect spot to enjoy a home cooked meal and features stunning mountain views.

There is access to a patio through a sliding door in the dining area. This area is complete with a gas grill to create an amazing meal and rockers to relax in as you enjoy the view. There is also access to a screened in porch through a door on this porch. The screened in porch has a fire pit that is perfect for staying warm while enjoying the view.

Just past the kitchen, you will find the main level bedroom and the main level bathroom. This bedroom has a queen bed, and the spacious bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

Head upstairs and you will find a loft with mountain views, multiple games, and a bunk bed. This loft area has plenty of games to choose from including board games, foosball, and an arcade game. This area has a Smart TV to stream your favorite shows and movies. This loft also has access to a porch with beautiful Smoky Mountain Views.

You will also find an additional bedroom and bathroom located through doors in the loft. The bedroom has a queen bed, and has ensuite bathroom access. This bathroom is complete with a jetted tub with mountain views.

As you head down to the bottom floor, and you will find a double bed to the right. This sleeping area is complete with a gas fireplace for chilly nights and mornings.

Through a door in this sleeping area, you will find a king bedroom. This bedroom has access to a private porch with stunning Smoky Mountain views.

There is a bathroom located on the bottom floor that has a jetted tub. There is also laundry access on the bottom floor.

You will have full complimentary access to the Clubhouse, which includes the use of the swimming pool, gym, sauna, and an on-site tavern with amazing views of The Smokies. Food and beverages are available for purchase until at the tavern inside the Clubhouse. Feel free to treat yourself to a round of golf also! (Golf cart rentals and golf-related expenses will apply.)

We are not owned/managed by large rental companies. Josh, your host, is local to the area and strives to provide you and your family with a safe, clean, enjoyable place to make memories for years to come!

PLEASE NOTE: A $300 security deposit will be required in the form of a credit card hold. This hold is not a charge and will be refunded upon check out. This hold ensures no damages to the property will occur. We require this security deposit and a signed renter's agreement PRIOR to check-in.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING inside the cabin or on the porch. Please smoke away from the cabin in the driveway/parking areas. Please extinguish/dispose of cigarettes properly.

The cabin can accommodate a maximum of 10 adults and 2 children. Please do not bring additional guests, or you will be asked to leave with no refunds!

Video surveillance is being used in parking/driveway areas and there is also a camera on the lower level back porch.
