The place was clean, bright, and exactly as shown in the pictures. There were fresh towels (4), toiletries, dishsoap/dishwasher tablets, and an in window AC. The table and bed are both lovely and roomy for two people. Plenty of places to plug in devices. The Seadog brewery was walking distance and would recommend for dinner and a pint. Also enjoyed Dutchman's bagels and Baked on Main (marginally longer walk). We were really happy with our stay!

Great facility very clean easy to live in for 4 to 5 days little bit sparse on the items available to work within the kitchen if I wanted to prepare a real meal but there was really just enough I know it's not terribly sustainable but even a small Keurig type machine would've been handy for quick on a go coffee in the morning before I headed to workIncredibly clean inside and my dog settled in beautifully calling at home by the first dayReally only downside was a large rolloff dumpster in the back that was shared by all the folks who are in the different types of units was overflowing the day I arrived and still full to the gills the day I left five days later it fostered skunk visits every night so I had to be really careful when I took my dogs out and lead to their last break of the night

Great Stay!

Nice comfortable property which is walkable via a pedestrian foot bridge to downtown Brunswick. First impression from the outside does not do it justice. Once you open the door it is an attractive single large open space with a seating dining area, kitchenette and comfy bed. We really liked it.

Quick trip

My wife and I needed a clean and comfortable place to stay for several nights and didn’t want to stay at a hotel. This location worked perfectly for us, was extremely clean and comfortable! Hosts were quick to respond and our stay was uneventful 😀. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Nice place

It was in a great location for us to start out on our Maple Sunday weekend in Maine in close proximity to farms. Stayed just one night to start our weekend. Nicely appointed. Pictures are accurate. Easy communication with owner.

Very quiet.

Cute, pet-friendly studio!

Clean and comfortable studio that is located close to restaurants and shopping in Topsham, Brunswick and Freeport. Has a large closet and kitchen. Property manager was responsive to our questions and request to bring our pets on vacation. We plan to return the next time we visit Maine!

Beautiful

Location is the best. Close to restaurants, shopping, highway north and south. LL Bean's is only 12 miles away. Freeport is a great shopping area. Not far from the coastline. Brunswick is just over the bridge. There is a train going to Portland and Boston daily. Perfect location.

A Nice Stay

We recently stayed at this property in Topsham, Maine, and overall, we enjoyed our stay. The host was very kind and accommodating, allowing us to check in a few minutes early on short notice, which we greatly appreciated. However, we were a bit disappointed by the outward appearance of the property. It wasn’t very visually appealing, which we couldn’t tell from winter photos listed. Additionally, one of the major reasons we booked this location was because the listing stated that there was a hot tub. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we discovered there wasn’t one, which was an error on VRBO’s end. This was a significant letdown, and resolving the issue with VRBO customer service took up about three hours of our vacation, which was quite frustrating. That said, the interior of the apartment was nicely decorated and pretty clean. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept great each night. The neighborhood was quiet, which made for peaceful walks, although it’s worth noting that there isn’t much to do in the immediate area, and it’s about a 30-minute drive to Portland. We really didn’t spend much time on the property, as we were out exploring the area. Despite the few drawbacks, we had a good stay and appreciated the host's hospitality.

The place was very clean, very quiet area, and pet friendly which was great. Nice places to walk the dog, take evening walks etc. Excellent restaurants nearby, we had a lovely time. Maybe a bit pricey (it is July at a tourist destination).
