The condo was perfect

Not a single complaint about the condo. Park in the south parking deck, much closer to the room. Condo is comfortable, clean, and has a great view.

3 Star Not Good

We brought my wife's parents along and let them have the master suite. My wife and I took the smaller bedroom. Our "king bed" was a pair of worn out twin mattresses pushed together and held by a king sheet set. It killed my back. I've slept in 2 star motels with much better beds. The condo was beautiful and spacious. Our ocean view was truly amazing. Unfortunately the horrible bed really disappointed me. As nice as your property is, it's a shame that something as simple as a comfortable mattress would prevent me from a return visit. Im not trying to be mean or spiteful, just totally honest. Had I been able to sleep, our vacation would have easily been a five star stay.

Everything looked so good and then we find the bed full of ticks and had to wait until next day to figure our stay and family was very disappointed.

4 Star Good Stay

We waited 25 minutes for an elevator to check out only for it to be completely full and we had to take 15 flights of stairs. Very nice place to stay also felt very safe with all the security. We did book a place with “two king beds” and one of the beds was just two twin mattress pushed together with one sheet over the top and the other was a queen bed sideways.

Great view room

Resort was great.Some wait times on elevators.Washer and dryer door kept wanting to slide shut when you were trying to get clothes out of the dryer.Would love to have had a working dvd player

Enjoyed our stay we are returning guests

The only thing I can think of is that a broom wasn't offered. A vacuum on the balcony but we were unsure if we could use it inside the condo. We were there for bike week so not a lot of time was spent in the room. How ever we did have beach time and carried up a lot of sand. We bought a cheap broom from Walmart problem solved. I hope that next time that a broom is available.

Condo itself was spacious and beautifully decorated. However it was nasty. Food under tables and pull out sofa. Clothing under sofa. Shower had mold. We had to clean ourselves. Got vacuum out and it was stopped up. Had to fix it. Room smelled like smoke. Actually the entire complex smelled like weed everywhere you went. The property was nasty also. Trash cans overflowing. No one is friendly. And them elevators. Oh my goodness! Had to wait a ridiculous amount of time every day. Horrible experience. Will never go back.
