The M’s Cozy Corner

Enjoy easy access to main highways and most frequently visited places in Tampa Bay. This perfectly located home base is 16 minutes away from the Tampa International Airport, 15 minutes away from Raymond James Stadium, 10 minutes away from Downtown and Armature Works, and 15 minutes away from Bush Gardens!!! Public Bus Stops 4 to 6 minutes walking distance.
Our guest suite is that cozy corner you can come to relax after having fun. Want to have a Romantic Intimate dinner? Bring some steaks, veggies, sausages to cook out on the grill!

The space is designed only for guests use.
Other things to note
Our goal is to give you as much privacy as possible. We have a false wall with sound proofing on the door that gives access to the main house. We live in the main house with our 17 year old daughter. It’s possible that coming in and out of the house we get to interact.
If there’s is any uncomfortable noise bothering you, please let me know!
Temperature is also control in the main house. We keep the thermostat at 75 degrees during the day and 71 degrees throughout the night. Feel free to reach out if the temperature is not comfortable enough for you. We will adjust it for you!

This was the perfect spot for our weekend trip to Tampa. We had everything we needed and the property was very clean. The location being close to downtown and the airport was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

My best friend and I booked this trip on a whim because we had two concerts in Tampa within 3 days. And it was absolutely WORTH IT! This property was perfect. The host puts so many little amenities within the property, and she was quick to answer our questions. It was also 15 minutes from everything we wanted to do (Busch gardens, downtown Ybor and the amphitheater)! It has a nice mini fridge and freezer with a microwave if you are interested in bringing your own food, and we never felt unsafe. I highly recommend booking this property. We will be back!

Great cozy little property not far from downtown. Perfect for me and my daughter. Clean, nice hosting considerations like coffee, water, brochures, etc Space is on the side of a home and not the full home, but it was a private space with a private entrance and I never heard anything from the home. We had a lovely time and would stay here again! The patio is so cute!

Everything we needed was provided for our 3-night stay. Host was attentive and accommodating. Room was comfortable with enough outlets, AC and ceiling fan. The battery powered lights were rechargeable but we didn't try to charge them. Thanks for a wonderful stay

What a wonderful place to stay in Ybor City. The host at this property is amazing and has all the small details for your stay, like ear plugs if you need something like that. Filtered water for your coffee. Very very nice! I will be trying to stay there again in the future.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood, very close to the historical Ybor City. The place was super clean and comfortable. Communication with Iomara was perfect, she was welcome and give us everything we needed.
