The Space: Two bedrooms with comfortable new beds - New one with a queen-sized bed and one with two twin beds. The living room has a sofa bed. This vacation home is perfect for a small family. New air conditioning was installed in 2023 for those hot summer days.

The Neighborhood: The Avalon Flats area is where vacationers look to stay. Everything is a short walk away and this home is just far enough away where you can escape the busy area when you want to.
Getting Around: You can walk to just about everything from this home. It is a short ride in a taxi or a longer walk (10-15 min) to Descanso Beach.

This was the cutest short-term rental I’ve ever stayed in! The location is great as well as you are within walking distance to everything in Avalon (especially the grocery store) so no need to rent a golf cart. It was very clean and the check-in/ out process was easy. Highly recommend!
