Room for all

The house is lovely. In our December stay, the hot tub took 24 hours before it came up to functional temperature. Many light switches in random places with no signage, so for our two day stay we had to search for the right switch to shut off lights. There was place for the kids to hang in the beautiful basement. Sadly, there we no instructions on how to operate the TVs and which channels were accessible. Not user friendly for us old folks. A lot of trial and error for TV use. Was is a great place for a reunion, YES. Was it all that I had anticipated, not really. The inability to reach out and speak to the owner with questions was exasperating. There needed to be a directory or where things were in the house. Where to find the towels, how to run the TV, what to do with the dehumidifier in the basement, was the fireplace functional and how to make it work... simple stuff that was just lacking. Being with my family made it all worthwhile.

Great Family Location

We were looking for a place where our extended family could all stay together while attending a wedding in the area, and this property worked great for that purpose. There was plenty of room for us and even for the groomsmen to come over and get ready before the wedding. The location was quiet and pretty, and the owners were very prompt in answering questions, and had provided comprehensive amenities. This home made our trip a success.
