Located in an affluent area of Las Vegas, close proximity to Red Rock Mountain, casinos such as Red Rock Casino and Resort, Rampart Casino, JW Marriot Casino, Boca Park, Starbucks, Shopping, and Restaurants. A short 17 minute drive takes you to all the action on THE STRIP.

Step through the impressive front doors into an environment conducive to fun and comfort, boasting 24 foot ceiling entryway, step down into the family room equipped with an array of entertainment for the entire family or the majestic pool room design to create memories, a glittering stair case that exudes old world elegance. Beautiful custom floors flow throughout the entry, family room, and kitchen.

On the main level, the Great Room enjoys a 61” TV, Bose stereo surround sound, Sony BluRay DVD Player, iPod Docking Station for your listening pleasure throughout the home, a gas fireplace, Theater Italian Leather chairs and an adjacent built-in bar. A Pool Room for Entertainment and Board Games for the Kids. Internet access and phone for local calling.

For a quieter escape, step into the tropical backyard with it's own, Jacuzzi, Tropical Pool with Water Fall and Solar Heating, BBQ Grill and Plenty of Patio Furniture. Available option: heated pool and spa for additional charge.

The Gourmet Kitchen includes gorgeous tile countertops with cooking island, Gas Cook Top, Dishwasher, Sub Zero Refrigerator, Convection and Conventional Double Oven, Built-in Microwave, an informal breakfast nook, and many more items to delight every chef.

Four bedrooms all located on the second level. Master bedroom includes an extra large sleigh-Cali-King bed, television, luxurious Spa Bathroom, Sony surround sound, refrigerator and luxury seating. The second room has a full size pull out coach. The third room has 2 twin beds.
The forth room has a queen bed. The fifth room has a queen bed . flat screen televisions are located in all rooms accept the the twin room and room with pull out bed. The master bed room has beautiful majestic views of the mountains.

The second level of this luxurious retreat includes two full bathrooms.

Property was as described fit our family of 7 perfect! Weather wasnt the best while we where in town so the pool table and games where a perfect fit! Property manager was awesome and made sure we had everything we needed and was sure to reiterate all rules of the property so there was no confusion. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed at the house for a long golf weekend. Cheryl was a very helpful host. Always available and very helpful. The house was extremely clean and in very good condition - just as advertised. Great location. Very quiet, nice neighborhood. Great location in the Summerlin area. Close to grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants and more. Would highly recommend staying here if you want to visit the Las Vegas area but don't want to be in the middle of the Strip...

Pros: big 4 bedroom house A lot of games (pool, darts, etc) A lot of TVs if you like watching TV Backyard has plenty of seating, fire pit, bbq etc Property Manager (Cheryl) was fantastic. Great house - Cheryl is amazing!

This was one of the nicest VRBO houses we have stayed in. The location was fabulous, amenities were super - pool and hot tub awesome!!! I can’t say enough about Cheryl - I have never had anyone meet us for a walk through - she is top notch and very easy/accommodating to work with. House very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking - towels/beach towels provided. Pool table balanced and the boys loved it!! Can’t say enough good about this experience - WE WILL BE BACK!!

Comfortable and Fun

This home is beautiful and there is so much space. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The property easily accommodated all of us, 2 couples and 2 singles. We very much appreciated the check-in walk-through process, it made it easier for us to navigate once we were left to ourselves. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and dishes and had most of what we needed. We will definitely consider staying here again and becoming one more of their "regulars".
