2) Facilities: private swimming pool is available for all the guests in the building. Basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts are also nearby

Price for a studio was a little high but actually the cheapest I could find with it being Labor Day weekend and bike week on the big island. Small studio but we only needed it for showers since we were flying out that night. AC was cold and shower worked great. Big enough for 1-2 people who will be spending a week at the beach.

Was sufficient for my short stay, didn't spend much time in the studio room, nor was able to use the amenities. Weather was chilly and raining. Close to beach but not swimmable due to weather. Restaurants and small stores are directly behind the property so no need to drive. The only issue is the limited parking, but the on street parking did help.

Our host was very responsive and even let us check in a little early since the room was ready to go. Inn is easy to find on both main roads, and has a nice pool and outdoor area. Only notes would be the couch and bed were older and a little uncomfortable. Amenities were basic, but sufficed for our one night stay.

Awesome location! Within walking distance to a lot of really great restaurants, stores, and the beach! It was perfect for just two of us. A few things need some minor maintenance (the hand towel rack was not fully secured and the screen door came off at one point) but otherwise everything was great! We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, host was attentive and responded quickly, it was very clean. Parking was difficult to find. No guarantee there is an opening, the kitchen sink is also your bathroom sink so you are brushing your teeth in the kitchen and there is not a full kitchen. There is an induction burner but very little room to cook anything complicated.

Perfect Spot in Kona

Very close to Downtown Kona. Only a short walk away. A very nice getaway to stay and relax. The patio was really nice to have breakfast and hear the ocean and wildlife.
