This unit was in a building with other units and it was on the first floor. The room was extremely nice and clean, and it was a very short walk to the shared pool. The unit also had some beach mats and pool flostoes which was nice. The Host was great with communicating and getting back to me when I had questions. This is great for couples and even families with an infan. We had our infant with us and there was plenty of room for her also. Highly reccomend this place to stay.

Great Place to Stay

This location is centralized. You can walk to Coconut Grove and grab food to eat. Thankfully parking was included which is a hot commodity in Kona now. Glad I chose this location.

Parking was the biggest challenge since there isn’t a designated spot as you basically have to compete for one, or else park on the street. The only thing I’d improve is the air conditioning as it could be quieter, more efficient, and a bit colder. Even running all day, it struggled to keep the unit cool.
