With one bedroom and two bathrooms, the condo comfortably accommodates four guests. The master bedroom offers a king bed, generous closet space, and an adjoining full bathroom. The sunny living area features comfy seating including a sofa that converts to a queen bed. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a delicious meal. The stylish dining table seats four and there is breakfast bar seating for two.

A peaceful view of the bay and lush resort foliage awaits as you step outdoors onto the spacious balcony. There is plenty of outdoor seating and a dining table on the balcony, so sit awhile and enjoy the fresh coastal breeze. For your convenience, easy garage parking is provided and there is a stacked washer-dryer in the condo.

The Baytowne Wharf is a delight! Walk to world class restaurants, boutique shopping, and a variety of family-friendly activities such as a zip line, bungee-trampoline jumping, evening entertainment, a carousel, rock climbing wall, and a kid’s playground. There are often 'movies on the lawn', art displays, festivals, and special events held at Baytowne Wharf which is the heartbeat of the Resort. Fireworks are a weekly treat during the summer. There is a miniature golf course, and adults can enjoy golf on three different resort golf courses.

HOA PARKING: The building association for this condo allows (1) vehicle in the parking garage per reservation. You will be emailed this information prior to your arrival and will be required to pay a $10 parking fee directly to the condo association. Upon receipt of payment, you will be issued a QR code to access the garage.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund.
Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled
within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
