It boasts a newly renovated floor plan with high ceilings, crown molding, with stylish touches throughout. Because of its central location you are just steps away from shopping, famous restaurants, museums, Mammoth Spring State Park and of course, Spring River. This property is beautiful, unique and romantic. The property is equipped with fast wifi, all the essentials in the kitchen, smart TVs with several apps to choose from (Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, etc). Enjoy the view of the town through the large front windows. This is a stunning place to stay and we would love to host you.

Why they chose this property

Main street is a place the we wanted to help grow in the community. Having rentals there encourages guest to spend time and shop.

What makes this property unique

I have always been in love with this building. When the restaurant below closed I was so sad. It was delicious and a loss to our community. The apartments upstairs were barely ever used but had so much potential. We decided to freshen them up and make them available so others could enjoy them as well. It is the first step we did and now focusing on a bringing in a business to the main floor, hopefully one that would also be enjoyable or useful to guests and the local community.
