• Both bathrooms are equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash for all hair and skin types, complementary bathroom amenities in case you forget anything including- toothbrushes, toothpaste, mouth wash, feminine products, razors with shaving cream, advil, hair dryers and extra toilet paper.

Regardless of your arrival time, you`ll be able to access the property at your leisure, day or night. A unique front door code will be provided to you 2 days prior to your check-in, ensuring secure and hassle-free entry to your vacation oasis.



☆ Digital Guest Book: To make your stay as seamless as possible, you will receive a digital guest book filled with useful information about the property and local recommendations.



☆ Management: Our property is professionally managed to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay. Our team is available daily from 9 AM to 9 PM to assist with any questions or requests, and you can easily reach us by phone or email. For urgent issues after hours, we provide a 24/7 emergency line, ensuring support whenever you need it. We are committed to making your getaway effortless, relaxing, and unforgettable!



OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

☆ Hot Tub: The hot tub is included in your nightly rate and can be easily heated using the backyard controls. Please allow up to 2 hours for it to reach 100-102°F, depending on the outside temperature. If you’d like the hot tub warmed up before your arrival, feel free to message us in advance, and we’ll be happy to turn it on for you!



☆ Pool heater: The pool requires a lot of natural gas to heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $125 (Plus Tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it.



☆ Maintenance: Our pool technician cleans our pool on only Tuesday and Friday mornings. Our landscaper comes once a week every Monday morning. Walk up trash service is taken Wednesday mornings. All services are for your added convenience and will not bother you throughout your stay.



☆ Desert Living: This home, like many in Palm Springs, is located in the desert, so it`s natural for sand to be around. On windy days, some sand and leaves may blow into the pool. While our pool cleaners do their best to keep it clear, there may occasionally be some debris in the water. We provide skimmers for your convenience if you`d like to remove any leaves or sand yourself.



☆ Bachelorette Parties: Given the design of our home, it is a popular choice for bachelorette celebrations. In collaboration with West Coast Bach, we provide enhanced services such as balloon arches, photo backdrops, marquee letters, bubbly/tequila bars, fridge stocking, charcuterie boards, and even cabana boy services. Our goal is to streamline your preparations and create a dreamy setup for your event. If you`re booking for a bachelorette party and require assistance with these services, please inform us upon booking!



☆ Pet-Friendly Stays- We’re happy to welcome your furry friends — dogs only — for $150 per pet, per stay. You may bring one dog up to 60 lbs or two small dogs with a combined weight under 60 lbs. The pet fee helps cover the extra cleaning needed for pet hair. Please note: if additional messes (such as urine or accidents) are left behind, an extra $200 cleaning charge will apply. We kindly ask that you clean up after your pup and avoid leaving pets unattended in the home, as barking can sometimes disturb our neighbors. No dogs are allowed in pool. Additional pet fees (plus tax) will be processed through our guest portal after your reservation is confirmed. Please let us know in advance if you’ll be traveling with a pet — we can’t wait to host your whole family!

Like many urban areas, you may notice a visible homeless population in the city, including downtown and surrounding regions. However, rest assured that the property offers a private, peaceful retreat, perfect for social gatherings without concerns about noise. While the neighborhood lacks many sidewalks, it’s ideal for those who prefer a more relaxed environment, though it may not be the best for long walks with dogs. The home is particularly suited for adults looking to enjoy the lively, diverse energy and the unique charm of Palm Springs. Please consider this when planning your stay, as it may not offer the conveniences typically sought for family visits.
