It just feels good to be here. This 60s gem in the heart of Mammoth is walking distance to both the Village and to town and all the glories of Mammoth are just a short trip away. The house is bright and airy and cozy at the same time; a lounge-happy couch to die for, plenty of natural light, modern kitchen, and amazing personal touches--spin some tunes on the Technics record player, or brew coffee on the Nespresso machine. There are glorious indoor and outdoor spaces (front and back deck!) and a welcoming floor plan that brings people together. Comfortably sleeps 9. Paddle-board and kayaks for summer renters, boot-warmer in winter. Make your Mammoth memories in any season at this special spot under the pines.
