Summary:
Enjoy the perfect view and location of this studio apartment located in the Historic Downtown Branson. Walking distance The Landing, Convention Center, many local shops, restaurants and attractions. There is also a trolley (Ride Sparky) that runs throughout the day and early evening with many pick-up and drop-off locations. (2 locations are near us).

The Space:
This beautifully remodeled studio apartment is perfect for a couples getaway or just some quiet time alone. This wonderfully cozy suite is fully stocked and ready for your arrival. You are going to love your time at Wally's!!!

Guest Access:


Guests will have full use of laundry services and parking on the premises.

The Neighborhood:
Downtown by the landing where all the action is at. A view worth 1000 words, and easy walking and biking distance to all the downtown attractions. The trolley picks up on its last stop right across the street from you. We suggest if you are new to the area to hop on, it's free, and discover many of the areas hidden treasures.

Getting Around:
Walking distance to many local shops, restaurants and attractions. Free trolley - Ride Sparky (various pick-up and drop-off locations around our apartment.)

Other Things to Note:
Outside building and landscaping are under remodeling construction. Construction hours are from 8 AM - 5 PM. .

Interaction with Guests:
Our property manager lives in Branson and is available for as little or as much interaction as needed by the guest.

The place was mostly clean and pretty close to the Branson Landing. Coffee and tea were available in the room, as well as a few minimal breakfast options such as oatmeal and granola bars. The exterior lights stay on and aren't just motion activated, so it was a little brighter than I'd like at night to sleep. At some point, there were pets in the room. One of us is allergic and had issues due to the pet allergies. Aside from those things, it was a decent place to stay for the price. It was pretty small, but it was perfect for two people.

Wonderful spot!!!

This is my second time staying here and it was just as wonderful as the first time! Perfect location as it’s super close to the landing and all the cute little shops around. The Trolly is also close by if you don’t want to drive. The little kitchenette is perfect for when staying for a few days. They also provided coffee, creamer, and little breakfast bars in the kitchenette. Highly recommend!!!

Thanksgiving getaway

Great location if you want to be within walking distance to old downtown and The Landing. Studio Apartment. I had to go online to find out how to manage the heater, and we had to leave the bathroom door open so it would warm. There was no hot water in the bathroom sink.We love this place, but will probably stay somewhere larger next time.

Wonky setup but cute.

Employee we saw was very friendly, cleaning was ok with what they had to work with. Outdoors and porch were inviting Floors sloping, poor water pressure, caulking is cracking/ and very poorly done.. I would not recommend.

Weekend getaway

The property is very close to downtown and a short walk to the landing. The property was clean and had adequate space for our needs. We did have a delay in getting into the property due to them having to change out the door locks. Additionally, the floors are slanted and the bathroom is very small with poor lighting for getting ready to go out. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and the close proximity to shopping and eating!

Anniversary Getaway

The property was as advertised. It was clean, quaint, and in a very desirable location for us. We were able to walk to the Landing and old downtown and still able to have a short drive to the strip with the theaters and shows.

It's a cute property in a great location! The place was small and quaint and perfect for our needs. The front porch was a perfect addition to enjoy the beautiful evenings. Great communication from the owners. Easy check-in and checkout process as well.
