Welcome to “Fat Bagel Flat”. Everything brand new in this charming 2 bdrm, 1 bath unit that looks like Chip & Joanna Gaines came up from Texas & remodeled it themselves! Fully stocked kitchen affords brand new; wood plank flooring, trim & doors, wall texture/paint, subway backsplash & quartz countertops, gooseneck faucet, & bathroom. Living room is charming with comfortable and big screen tv w/Netflix. Kitchen is spacious & fully stocked with all the appliances, cookware, & dining ware. Luxurious new bath w/walk-in subway tile shower. Unit affords high-end plush queen size & one brand new twin bed, washer & dryer, Wi-Fi & seasonal air conditioning. . Located 1 mile from University of Idaho & 5 miles from Washington State University.

Very clean, beds very comfortable, newly remodeled, comfortable living area. Kitchen was well-stocked. Location great-walk to UI, shirt drive to WSU. Close to stores and great walking/biking trails. I highly recommend this rental!
