This 3 bedroom ranch sleeps 6. Large living room with wall mounted flat screen cable TV. Large sofa, matching chair and rocker - recliner complete this relaxing area. The master bedroom is roomy with a king size bed along with plenty of drawer space and attached half bath. Second bedroom has a queen bed along with a single. There are closets in each bedroom. There is a double and a twin bed in third bedroom. Dinning area boasts high top style table with seating for 6. The kitchen is equiped with full size appliances, including dishwasher and microwave. Full bath features a 5' wide handicapped accessible shower. Outdoor shower. 12' x 26' deck. Bamboo flooring has been installed throughout the house.

Another wonderful stay at 4 Newtown Road

This house is absolutely tops. We have rented it year after year and have the highest praise for the cleanliness, ease of check in etc. etc. Added benefits are easy accessibility to three bus routes, Stop n Shop groceries and great restaurants. Thank you!

Nantucket return after 12 years!

There were five adults (all one family) at the house and two family members stayed in town. The house was great for dinner on the back porch and walk to lots of restaurants. We went to Nobadeer Beach every day!

My daughter and I celebrated our birthdays and had a wonderful time at this exceptional Vrbo home. Clay is a 5 star host. He was not only quick to respond to my inquires, but also had a home extremely clean, well equipped for my cooking needs and generous with household supplies. The home has a very comfortable living area and bedrooms with storage space if needed. We would love to return to his lovely home in the future. Thank you so much Clay!

Great Week On Nantucket!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house had all of the essential amenities! We loved using the outdoor grille! The house was centrally located to the market and many beaches! We had a great vacation!!

I'm not certain the home is properly cleaned between rentals. There was wrappers in bathroom,a nd bedroom garbage cans, owner locks the thermostat, and I had to wait hours, to hear back from him. Outside furniture/couch, etc, is very cheap. Table is good. You can tell this was either a true rental investment property, or someone who may have inherited it, and is putting very little in to it.

Perfect rental!

The house was so nice! Very clean and organized, and had everything we needed. The living room was very spacious and comfortable and we really enjoyed spending time on the deck and in the yard. We brought our 2 kids under 2.5 so we had a car but you could come here without a car. Stop and shop and restaurants are very close and it’s not far from downtown. The back room area worked out so well for us since we brought a friend to watch our kids while we attended a wedding. She had her own space so the kids didn’t wake her up in the morning! I highly recommend this house and would absolutely stay again!

Great location, great space

This home had everything we needed, the bonus sleeping area (third bedroom) was the perfect space for our children. This home is well stocked and had beach chairs and an additional coolers if needed. We appreciated the outdoor shower in addition to the full bath inside. Easy location to get everywhere. Outdoor space was great. Clay was very responsive!

Great time & great house

House was very clean with major amenities -walking distance to stop and shop and liquor store so convenient - short bike ride to Surfside -we stayed during Covid so LOTS of restrictions and limitations and simply closed We went to the wine bar across the street from stop and shop twice Great food truffle fries and full bar . My only suggestion would be the grill which is extremely small and time for an update :)

Great location, very comfortable, close to shops and busses. Highly recommend.

The only thing I would have done differently is to bring the car so that we could do more beaches around the island. Trying to figure out the wave system was not super easy- we ended up taking Uber/taxis to places and then taking the bus back. Carrying everything was a pain, though, and it would be easier w a car (renting on-island is an option but super pricey). The house has modern everything - ac, w/d, dishwasher all work great. Bbq was perfect, outdoor space is tidy and fun. Dvd/cable/netflix worked great for nights and our one rain day. It is 15 min by bike (not super fast here) into town, longer to Surfside or other beaches. We had a terrific stay - beds and couch/chairs very comfy! Thank you for a lovely place to vacate.

Efficient

We like this house because it’s clean, has AC, a dishwasher, a great laundry and dryer, and lots of room for 4 of us without breaking the bank. The outdoor shower is a plus. The location near Doughnyflake (donuts and breakfast) is fun. Negatives are the surveillance cameras and the traffic outside. Newtown Rd is used as a shortcut to avoid the rotary. We generally kept the windows shut and the blinds closed in the windows facing the street. It was our second time at this house. We brought our own chef knives this time as we like to cook. You can walk to Souza’s Seafood and order steamed lobsters.

Nantucket 2015

Very conveinent location, 1 mile from town, 2 miles to beach. Some nice restaurants in walking distance and very close to grocery store. We enjoyed our stay however the Air Conditioner was not working properly and made most of our evenings unbearable. The thermostat was set to 65 and the tempature inside never got below 80. By the second night we opened all the windows and doors to get a breeze which worked well for most rooms, but not for the front Master suite. Also the renovated front room (formerly the garage) is virtually unusable as it has no AC. I also feel that the check out time of 9 am is too early and guests should be allowed to stay till 11 am which is a more common check out time for most hotels and rental homes. If the AC were fixed and working properly I would recommend this home, its clean, updated bath, nice outdoor space and decent living space.

Perfect place for our first family visit to Nantucket!

As a family of four with two young kids, Clay's home was absolutely perfect for us. House was very clean upon arrival, and we appreciated it was well stocked with plates, dishes, etc. - all the kitchen basics that make for easy unwinding. Location was convenient mid-island -- walking distance to Stop & Shop, restaurants and easy access to bike paths including a ~10 minute ride to the incredible Surfside Beach. We rented a jeep for a few days when realized it would be easier to get to further areas of the island of Great Point, etc. This was pricey though, so we'll explore bringing our own vehicle in the future. Other random things we loved about Clay's home (in no particular order): comfy family room, things are well labeled, washer/dryer, access to beach chairs and towels, comfy beds, and the house is QUIET. The backyard and deck area is wonderful to sit on and relax, and the outdoor shower was a treat. Bathrooms are updated and so clean. And if you have kids, the little bunnies that visit the yard will be a huge treat for them. All in all a great stay. I will add that we did not use the garage/bunk room area as there were only four of us (and we didn't want our young kids that far away). It did not appear to have air conditioning in that room just FYI for those that might be an issue for, as we used the A/C during our stay as it was a little sticky. We hope to return again if the calendar aligns.

It works

This place worked well for our family. Comfortable. Good location. Easy walking to grocery and restaurants. Would stay here again if I come back. Need to bring your own bath soap and shampoo. Have to get up early on day of check out to wash sheets so plan well for that.
