Spend lazy days on the edge of Lake Erie in a charming quiet lake front home. The home has room to enjoy, fabulous waterfront views from the Great Room, Master bedroom, deck, and front lawn. The property is a 7 minute drive to Geneva-On-The-Lake as well as Ashtabula Harbor. Enjoy the strip, explore beaches, the state park, award-winning wineries and picturesque covered bridges. With two bedrooms upstairs and a futon in the great room, the house accommodates six people with room to gather for meals and entertainment. The expansive deck commands prime lake views and world-famous sunsets. … Entire home and property is yours to enjoy. The lakefront and lake may be accessible, however, it currently is undergoing being reworked so the pathway down and water entry are challenging and subject to change. As such we are listing the house as water views!

Early April Weekend Getaway

My wife and I enjoyed a great long weekend at the lakeview cottage. Communication with Terry was great and he was available and very helpful. The cottage has a gorgeous view of Lake Erie and the sunsets were amazing. Despite the cold weather our first night, the cottage was warm and comfortable. Terry had an electric fireplace in the living room that was really nice, I might get one myself. The new wifi worked perfectly and the Roku stick was a great addition. The kitchen was easy to cook in and let the cook watch the sunset over the lake while preparing dinner. The bedrooms upstairs were comfortable and there was lots of drawer space to unpack into which made us feel at home quickly. We met some of the neighbors when we went out to view the sunset over the lake and they were very friendly and showed us the easy walk down to Lake Erie just a few yards away. I would highly recommend this cottage for a couple's getaway as it is a cozy home in a lovely setting.

Simple

The house is very outdated and has that overall musty lake house smell to it BUT with that being said the house was very clean, the view was fantastic, location was great and the owners were easy to get ahold of and friendly. I would stay here again. Honestly with just a few cosmetic updates and new furniture downstairs this place would be a 10/10! The upstairs is very cute, I wouldn’t change a thing about it.

Great location!

Terry was very good with communication and we even met him when we checked in. Gave us recommendations on places to eat and go. Minus the construction that was going on for the dock, out of owners control, this place is a great location with a beautiful view! We would definitely go back and stay. Had everything you needed and nothing beats listening to the waves crash when you’re going to bed! :)
