Guests in your party that are not included in your reservation are subject to $18/day extra guest fees. For long term reservations a separate lease must be agreed upon and signed. Absolutely no parties are allowed. No smoking allowed inside the property if evidence are found inside the property of smoking it will be a $500 fine. Smoking is allowed in the sidewalk beyond the yard in the front of the property.

We need everyone to adhere to the set checkout times. We can allow a 15min grace period. But after that it is a $50 late fee assessed, and a daily fee after the full hour. This is to prevent inconveniencing guests coming in after you.
All guests are expected to remove outside shoes before stepping onto any carpeted surfaces.

We accommodate small pet dogs with a one-time fee of $200, along with a charge for any odors or damage caused by the dog, such as urine or disturbances to the property or furniture.
