Fantastic location, grocery stores, shopping , restaurants, parks, fishing with in 10 minutes away. 3 minutes to 275N/S, 5 minutes to downtown. Enjoy a nice relaxing swim , lay by the pool enjoy the sunshine.
The property is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood.
Please no pets allowed, let's be consider with people with allergies. there's is no such a thing as a truly hypoallergenic pet, Please read all information and rules before your booking. The listing base occupancy is 7 guests.

This property was so much more spacious than the pictures showed. Beautiful home, clean private pool, and was fully stocked with towels, dishes, and toiletries. This is by far one of favorite vacation places.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! We came from Wyoming and my brother and sister in law from Wisconsin to go tho the Blues Festival. This house is perfect for 2 couples. Gaby has the house very clean and has everything a person needs. The pool was very clean and wonderful ! If we come to the Blues Festival next year, I will definitely try to reserve this house again. The home was immaculate. Everything we needed was there and the beds were very comfortable. We were out every day and a couple of nights we were able to get the tv on, but some nights the tv wouldn’t connect to the internet. We don’t have streaming at home so we’re not familiar with it. We didn’t bother to contact the owner because we were out a lot. We will definitely book this beautiful house again the next time we visit our son in St. Petersburg.

This house is a GEM in St Pete! It looks deceivingly small from the front but open the door and walk into an AWESOME space that just keeps going and going! The house features a great layout, is stocked with everything you need, and the backyard is a dream, especially the pool. It’s located conveniently to everything between downtown St Pete and the beaches. The host is wonderful. Beds were really comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

This property is gorgeous and very well maintained. The pool was awesome for our family who took full advantage of it. We had a slight issue with the entry code but the host was very responsive and very quick to resolve the issue immediately. The neighborhood was quiet and nice.
