About this property

Relax in the woods, walk to restaurants, beaches, wineries, farms, antiquing and the village of Jamesport. Great day trips on the North Fork, and easy access to Riverhead, the Hamptons and Montauk point. Very quiet private community.

Completely furnished wraparound screened porch, great for relaxation and dining. Large fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs suite, the bedroom with great view overlooking the park like circle and adjacent office/dressing room with electronic piano. Full bath complete with amenities plus half bath and outside shower.

Fully treed yard includes fire pit, gas barbecue, and two patios with table, chairs and umbrella. Free parking for up to two cars right next to the cottage.
Free beach pass is good for beautiful, sandy Peconic Bay beach within walking distance, the Riverhead Town beach, and the Long Island Sound Town beach both minutes away. Nearbby attractions include the Big Duck, Riverhead Aquarium, Jedediah Hawkins restaurant and wedding center, Grana and Il Giardino Italian restaurants, Elbow Room steakhouse, Jamesport historic Meeting House, Paumonok, Jamesport, Sherwood House, and Jason’s wineries.

This was an overall great experience. The stairs to the upstairs bedroom are narrow and steep and would not be easily navigated by someone with mobility difficulties.
