Phoenix X Unit 1205 - One bedroom Gulf front unit with king bed and a queen sofa sleeper that sleeps 4. This unit has one bath accessible to master and hall and a half bath in hallway. The kitchen is fully furnished with new appliances, tiled backsplashes, granite counters, updated cabinets and seats four at table and two at bar.
Phoenix X boasts great amenities including, but not limited to: large gulf front outdoor pool area with an adequately sized 1' deep kiddie pool and large sunning deck surrounding the pool with plenty of lounge chairs, gulf front outdoor charcoal grill and gazebo covering a table with seating, large indoor heated pool, 3 indoor hot tubs, sauna, indoor racquet ball court, indoor fitness center, and a great lobby with large fountain, multiple tables, chairs, sitting areas, television, coffee area and all with a Gulf front view!
Directly across from the Condo is the Flora-Bama Marina. From the Flora-Bama marina you can take a dolphin cruise, rent a boat, rent a Jet Ski, rent paddle boards, and rent kayaks.

Beginning March 1, 2026, a pricing differential will be put in place for guests who do not pay for their parking passes in advance of their arrival. Guests who pay prior to the day of their arrival will continue to pay $60 per pass while guests who wait until the day of their arrival will pay $70. There is a 2 vehicle maximum for 2-3 bedroom units. One bedroom units have a 1 vehicle maximum. Ike’s Beach Service is in charge of the tent space on the beach and guest can call them for a spot at

Your remaining balance will be charged to the card on file unless you notify us otherwise if your stay is less than 14 days. Condo was clean and check in was easy. It had a really nice indoor and outdoor pool. The beach view was unbelievable. I couldn’t have asked for anything more.

We really enjoyed our stay. The view is magnificent. The only recommendations would be for the water to be a little warmer in the shower and to make sure there is a blanket for the pull-out sofa. We will definitely stay again.
Phoenix X provides great location for beach lover, sun lover and night life lover (Flora-Bama adjacent). Great pool as well as indoor pool. Three restaraunts withing few hundred feet.
We arrived on Wednesday and stayed until Sunday. Condo was perfect for us, small but mighty!!! The view from the balcony was great. No complaints. Location is everything!!! Would absolutely stay here again!!!
The condo was nice. The bed was very comfortable. The dishes and kitchen supplies are minimal but adequate. Our only negative was that the floors were not very clean. Everything else was fine. We would stay here again.

Great View
The condo had a great view. It was nicely decorated. We wish the ice maker had worked. Also we never got the WiFi to work and we are both fairly tech savvy. The property management company there was not much help. Overall beautiful location and we enjoyed the proximity to the Flora-Bama.
This little condo is great for a small 2-3 people family. The pull out couch mattress was a little worn down and probably needs to be replaced but we made due. Internet struggled at times and I didn’t get much of a response from the management company when I emailed them with the problems, I just had to figure it out. But if you are looking for a great little condo that is reasonably priced and over looks beautiful beaches, this is a great place to start!

The condo is very nice, but it is advertised as having wifi. It doesn’t. I communicated with the property manager who grumpily told me to talk to the people at the front desk. The front desk just gave me the same password I already had and rudely said that’s all they can do. I was able to access wifi near the elevators, but not inside the condo. I needed to work and wifi was very important. I sat in the hot sun on the walkway by the elevators and worked on my laptop so I could access the internet. It was miserable. If you don’t need internet, the condo is great. If you need it, I wouldn’t rent this one.
Condo was perfect for my husband and I. Great balcony view. Parking /unloading was easy enough. There was a desk with a glass top that was completely broken in half. I have no idea how long it had been like that, but needs to be removed. If someone stayed with children, that could be dangerous. With all the deposits and fees that are obtained, it should have been repaired or at least removed.
