Our home is located minutes away from the Arkansas river and Downtown district. 25 minute drive to Monarch ski area. Our home includes 2 King beds. Bathroom with a tub and shower. Great House and Location

Clean property with easy access to downtown shops and restaurants (very short walk). The hot tub was great after skiing Monarch. I’ve already recommended this place to friends.

Best spot in Salida!

Couldn’t havev had a better experience for girls weekend 40th birthday- we skied at Monarch, watched movies, enjoyed the hot tub, and the short walk to great shops & restaurants in Salida was perfect! Easy check in & check out, hosts were available, but we had no need to contact them as everything was great!

Lovely Home Very Close to Everything

This home was great for our group! Loved having a hot tub and grill to use on-site. House is very comfortable and clean. Location can’t be beat! We were able to walk and bike everywhere around town! Will definitely love to stay here again.
