Charming 2-bedroom House in Panama City Beach, Walk to Beach!
The Blue Marlin is a quaint little beach cottage less than a half mile walk to white sand beaches. The front yard has a tiki deck, a grilling area, a small bar area, cornhole and a picnic table all surrounded by beautiful tropical landscaping.
We are family friendly! We provide onsite a pack-n-play, high-chair, kids kitchenware and beach toys, from boogie boards to sand toys!
Also provided for guest use are beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, and a beach wagon for walking gear to the beach. And yes, the paddle board and oars are not just a great addition to the living room decor, they're also for guest use!
Other amenities include beach bikes, fishing gear, crabbing nets, an outdoor grill, and a fire pit.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
Leave dirty towels piled in bathroom floor
Leave linens piled in living room
Insure grill propane tank turned off at tank spigot, beach gear and cornhole boards returned to shed, and cornhole bags (if dry) returned to foyer cabinet.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

My wife and I live in Atlanta, but have grown up vacationing on the Emerald Coast and consider it our home away from home. Our local Co-Hosts Ann and Phil help us provide exceptional service for our guests at the Blue Marlin.
Why they chose this property
The west end of Panama City Beach is a quiet community with mostly untouched beaches and very little development beachside. We're an eight minute drive to Pier Park, and also an 8 minute drive to 30A, including all of the upscale dining and shopping.
What makes this property unique
Outside: Relax on the spacious tiki style front porch/deck looking down on the tropical garden or take a seat and relax at the 6 person picnic table while playing cornhole. You can also enjoy the firepit in the backyard, which is private and fully fenced. This unique property with its relaxing and fun amenities is a one of a kind vacation spot.
Inside: As soon as you walk into The Blue Marlin you are met with unique art pieces and a thoughtfully put together cottage to maximize space in the 2 bed 1.5 bath beach home. Then you walk into a fully updated kitchen that is ready for entertaining along with everything you need to cook some fresh seafood from Buddy’s Seafood Market.
Neighborhood: Take a stroll or ride the beach cruiser bicycle down Riviera Street to beach access 86 or 87 and enjoy “the worlds most beautiful beaches” of Bay County. You’re just a 5 mile drive from the world famous Pier Park to the east and a quick eight minute drive west to Rosemary Beach on 30A with it's upscale, family friendly dining and shops.
Beach: Included are beach umbrellas, assorted beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys, and even a beach wagon for transport.
For guests with Class B or C RVs we have the ability to provide long term hookups for electric, water and sewer, and we have an in-ground grinder pump already installed. Please let us know if you need this capability for a longer-term stay and we can arrange for the hookups.
