Adequate

The condo was clean. There was no coffee maker. Limited kitchen utensils. The back porch was very dirty. There were times when the entrance gate was wide open.

Response from VrboOwner on 1 Feb 2024
Thanks for the response. However, as a owner have not much control over gate being open at times or pollen that gets collected at back porch. We clean back porch at every check out. Also we never advertised we have coffee maker at the home. We also feel we have ample of utensils for the size of the kitchen we have. Anyways, thanks for being our guest and we welcome you regardless.
