Gas fireplace, fire pit, spacious deck, granite countertops. Easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Waynesville, Maggie Valley, and Sylva. Motorcycle-friendly paved roads and covered parking. There are several speed bumps leading to the property. No guest access to garage or basement.
