Long fall weekend
The house was everything it said it was. It had everything we needed to enjoy the fall weekend. It is close enough to Asheville and other sites to get to in an hour, but in a quiet residential neighborhood so we could enjoy some peace and quiet. Loved the wood floors as I have allergies and carpet sometimes bothers me.

Definatly a Do-over
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautifully renovated home. Easy vehicle access. Steep stairs to enter home so not good for someone who has trouble walking. Close to shopping and restaurants. Would stay there again.

Christmas Get-a-way
We had a wonderful Christmas Break at the property. The home is beautifully updated and decorated. Everything was clean. Kitchen was well stocked to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner. We had great time! We stayed on a very cold week for the area. The heat in the downstairs/basement was not working and the mgmt team was very responsive and came by the next day with a space heater. We loved the location and view. We would stay at this location again and highly recommend. Thanks for a great visit!

So much dust and dog hair
There was a black haired dog there before us and it was unclear if any of the covers had been washed. When coupled with the dead bugs and visible cob webs it mad it hard to enjoy an otherwise beautiful property that was decorated with care. Couple of other notes: - I didn’t see this listed - but probably worth noting you need to climb two flights of steps to get into place. - heater in the basement is broken - if the outside lights work - we couldn’t figure out how to turn them on. Really is a great place that just needs a little more attention, would probably try it again in the hopes that this review fixes the relatively easy problems.
