Parking: There is 1 designated spot, if you have another car there will be an additional fee for it. Signed rental agreement and ID will be required to book.

It is in a downtown city area so please be aware that comes with city life including noise.
Please be respectful owner lives on property. No smoking inside. No loud noise past 11pm
