Spacious 1st floor master suite with 2 walk in closets, large jacuzzi tub and separate shower. 3 of the 4 bedrooms are all located on the 2nd floor each have their own ensuite baths. Two of the bedrooms have an attached additional room which is used as playrooms.

A small pet may be allowed with a $250 pet fee.

Isle of Palms is located Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway just 12 miles from historic Charleston & features a beautiful beach, championship golf & tennis, a marina, and endless recreational opportunities both on and off the water.
Enjoy the area by water at the Isle of Palms Marina just across the way where you can easily rent a boat and spend a day exploring the island's bays and waterways. Fishing charters are plentiful. The beach is a few blocks away. Dine out at the restaurant at the marina or any of the other wonderful spots a mile away at the center of the island.
The Isle of Palms has a wonderful public recreation park on 28th Avenue with a playground and tennis courts, which are available for free on a first come, first available basis.
