Welcome to our Condo ! Unit 107 offers a king bed, tall dresser, and private bathroom (with tub) grace the primary bedroom; sliding glass doors open to the spacious deck. The secondary adult bedroom has a queen bed, large dresser with a second full size bathroom outside of the bedroom. The third bedroom, which sleeps four, includes a bunk bed with trundle and double sized bottom bunk plus a large dresser. Enjoy the open concept kitchen, while cooking your favorite meal.
Unit 107 is just steps away from the two sparkling pools and awesome hot tubs, or if you prefer take a walk out on our private boardwalk to the beach and play in the Gulf of Mexico. Just a few miles from town, but close enough to enjoy the awesome town of Port Aransas where you can visit the many gift shops, Art Center or eat at one of your favorite.

Son’s birthday weekend
Property was spacious, beds slept nice and amenities were exactly what we needed. I wish the property had a boardwalk to be able rent and park a golf cart since it was a little further than we realized. The pools were nice but due to the heat as few more shaded options would have been a bonus. I would recommend and stay here again!

Everything that is in the owner's control was great. Beds, furnishings, TVs, kitchen, amenities, etc. were all great. There is no view of the beach, though. None. Calling it a "beachfront condo" is misleading.

The condo was clean with great amenities for families. However, there is a large water damaged area in the patio flooring with a large hole. This made me nervous having a small child. Other than this, the place was great.

Beach Getaway
We absolutely loved this condo. It was very roomy and extremely nice. Don't let the outside fool you. Once you get to your room you will be pleasantly surprised. It was a short walk to the beach and my kids loved the pool as well. We rented a golf cart from town. There isn't a way to get it to the property to park at night but we made it work. Overall this was an excellent choice for our family.
