Great place to stay. Nice to be able to have our dogs there, even had a raised food/water bowl we could use for them! Host was very informative on details that made our stay more comfortable. Would stay here again

New property in a quiet neighborhood. It was close to the event we were attending at BHSU. Plenty of room for our family of 5. We even saw some deer in the backyard!

Communication with Steve, the host, was excellent throughout the complete process. A couple messages sent after our very easy check-in were answered in minutes! The home was excellent with all pics accurate and the yard/landscape was well manicured. The use of the garage was nice too. Overall a "12" rating on a 1-10 scale! Actually, the home was better in person then the pics showed and the pics are very good. Thanks Steve....I'm sure we will be back multiple times for Football games over the next couple years!

Black Hills Vacation

Great location for a family vacation. Wonderful hot tub for relaxing after a day of trail riding and fantastic sound bar for family dance parties and would recommend this lovely home for any family to enjoy.

The place was perfect. The house is very nice, in fact the whole neighborhood is nice. Steve was so easy to communicate with when I had questions. The hot tub was clean and worked well. I highly recommend this property.

This was an amazing property and the location was perfect. Easy to get out and so peaceful and quiet. It was a perfect end to each day of us exploring the Black Hills. The property is very well appointed and we were so fortunate to be able to stay at Steve’s property. Steve was excellent to communicate with and very accommodating. If you get a chance, do not miss staying at this property.

We absolutely loved the house. Enjoyed sitting out on the back patio looking at stars in the hot tub the first evening. The house was a great layout for our family of 4 and our pup. Steve had everything we needed for cooking in the house and his communication was outstanding. Can tell that he’s a very good man. Great taste in the wall art! We were so comfortable, the neighbors were fantastic when we went for walks, and it was such a quiet neighborhood. We look forward to our next stay. Thank you so much, Steve!
