About this property

Pool house close to beaches, restaurants and amusement park

What I love about this home is the amazing outdoor area with heated pool and outdoor bar. We hardly spend anytime inside! This home has plenty of room for couples traveling together or for a family. It has two master bedrooms. One of the Masters is equiped with a mother-in-law suite. A few walkable resaruants and bars. Target, Publix ,Lowes and Kohl's are one half of a mile for shopping convenience. Siesta Key Beach is 6 miles away. The kiddos will have a blast at Livingston Amusement Park 5 miles up the road. Nokomis Beach is a 10 minuite drive. Siesta Key Village is 6.5 miles. CVS and the Italian Restaurant which is my favorite is only 700 feet away.

Winter Getaway

We had a great week! This is a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. It is so nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The heated pool was perfect for a dip while sunning on a spacious caged patio. Located close to Highway 41, every place we wanted to go was easily accessible. Restaurants and shopping are close by. Kitchen and bathrooms are updated.
