House was fantastic—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Alyssa was always available by text and cheerfully helped us deal promptly with a couple of minor hiccups while we were there. We have already rebooked for next year!

Nice and comfortable stay for our ski trip

The house is nice and clean, with everything we need for a few nights stay over. And communication with the host is easy. Highly recommend this pace and if we are back we will rent this place again.

Wonderful weekend in the Berkshires. Great location & very close to town. Incredibly clean and super cute house. We loved hanging out on the porch. Everything was absolutely perfect for our girls weekend celebrating 20yrs of friendship!

Berkshires Girls Trip 2024

This was a great house! They thought of all the details, had everything you could need. Hot tub was clean and entire house was spotless. Beds were comfortable. Great location, so close to downtown Great Barrington, cute shops and restaurants. And also super close to lots of hikes and ski mountain etc. We had a really fantastic stay and would stay again and recommend!

Perfect spot for a weekend in the Berkshires

We've been coming to the area for years, usually stay with friends but needed a house for the weekend for a larger party. We had a great time here, the house is super clean, very updated, comfortable. The property is private, but close to amenities in Great Barrington. We stayed with our two kids and my parents, everyone had enough space and the common areas served us well for meals and downtime. I'd highly recommend!

Wonderful getaway

The house is immaculate. It is very convenient to town, but it is off the road, so there is a lot of privacy. The kitchen is well equipped, and the house has all of the features that interested me – a covered porch, a screened in sunroom, a beautiful open floor plan and 3 nice sized bedrooms . If you want to be in the Berkshires, I highly recommend it.

Beauty in the Berkshires

Such a nice home and very tastefully done. We personally loved the layout of the house and so spacious. We were 5 adults and a 9 month old baby and never had a space problem. Loved how quiet and beautiful the surroundings were. So close to the downtown area. The people in the town of Great Barrington were so kind, welcoming and friendly. We’ll be back ❤️

Great new listing- great location

This is a lovely new home, located just outside of Great Barrington. The property is cut into a wooded lot which gives you the feeling of being in the woods but yet 5 minutes to town! The home is brand new, lay out is efficient and very comfortable. Great screen porch, fire pit and nice master , guest rooms, baths. Kitchen and dining area open space living. Definitely will return, been to multiple Berkshire properties, this one is now top of list!

Family Reunion

We LOVED this place. It was clean, comfortable, and well equipped,including the kitchen. Everything worked well including the hot tub. It was big enough for 8 of us with a few day visitors and we had 2campfires in the fire pit, even fire wood was supplied. Additionalpluses were: it included a large lawn and Corn Hole game, and aBadminton set. It was close to both town and a small lake with publicbeach and small boat (no motors) area. The A/C was quiet andcomfortable although we had 2 days over 90 deg.; we didn't touch thesettings. We had no reason to contact the host. We would definitelycome again.

Perfection

We have rented many houses for family get togethers and have never found one so clean and well-equipped. It was pleasantly decorated but not so fussy that we had to worry about the kids breaking things. There were nice touches like pleasant bath supplies, more than enough towels- everything was as expected with no emergency runs to the store. The hot tub was fantastic, the setting was beautiful (there were about 12 deer waiting in the front yard to greet us on arrival) and it was close to the downtown area of Great Barrington and Butternut Ski area- we already booked for next year!

Secluded but close to town-the best of both!

We were a group of 4 long time girlfriends on a Girls' Weekend. This house was perfect for us. The house is set fairly far back from the road which gives you an abundance of privacy. There are 3 bedrooms (king, king, and 2 full beds). If you don't mind sharing a room with one of your besties, then this completely updated home is for you! We selected the home for the hot tub and firepit. We used the hot tub both nights of our weekend stay! We loved the lights in the trees...was so relaxing to be in the hot tub, enjoying a glass of wine and catching up with each other. Sadly, we didn't have enough time to use the firepit or enjoy the screened in porch, The bathrooms are completely updated. The open floor plan is great for socializing and everyone being together. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a grill outside, however, we did minimal cooking. Beds were comfy, plenty of pillows, blankets, and towels, Alyssa and Matthew provided a nice welcome package that included info on local restaurants, sites, and activities. We had already planned our itinerary, but their list confirmed our choices. Great Barrington is only a 5 minute drive away with many shops and restaurants. We had a lovely stay, great weather, and spectacular foliage.
