Welcome to your ultimate lakefront getaway—two charming cottages on beautiful Lake Tichigan, a full recreation lake perfect for boating, fishing, and summer fun. With two separate homes on one property, it’s ideal for family trips or group gatherings that want togetherness and space.

Each cottage includes a main-level master bedroom and bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and cozy living space. Cottage A features a modern farmhouse feel with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, while Cottage B offers rustic charm with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and a spiral staircase (note: not ideal for small children or those with mobility concerns).

- Bedroom and bathroom layouts:
Cottage A:
- Main bedroom (king bed) + en suite bathroom - ground floor.
- Queen bedroom + en suite bathroom - upstairs.
- Bedroom with two twin beds - upstairs.
* And one shared bathroom on the ground floor.

Cottage B:
- Master bedroom with a king bed - Ground Floor.
- Bedroom with a twin bed + trundle - Lower Level.
- Bedroom with two twin beds - Lower Level.
* One full bathroom on the each floor.


Spend your days cruising the lake, floating at the popular Tichigan sandbar, or casting a line right from the pier. Kayaks and paddleboards are included, and you can add a pontoon rental for $200/day (best booked closer to your stay depending on the weather).

Pet-Friendly: Up to 2 dogs allowed with a $55 non-refundable fee per pet. No cats due to allergies. Failure to disclose a pet may result in a $1,000 fee.

Cornhole game provided for backyard fun.

Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 6 AM in accordance with town ordinance.

No Smoking anywhere on the property or inside the cottages.

Steps & Accessibility: Both cottages have a few small steps at entry. Main bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living area are all on the ground level.

Keyless Entry: You will receive a custom code 2 days before check-in.
