Located just outside of Boone and central to all the High Country offers! A short fifteen-minute drive will bring you to Brookshire Park and paved walking path, a large field for games, a covered picnic area, Pine Run River access, and Booneshine Brewing Co, a local brewery and restaurant with outdoor dining areas perfect for kids and pets, and Rocky Knob Mountain Bike Park. West Jefferson is a thirty-minute drive and offers local shopping and dining options in a quaint, lively downtown. Kerr Scott Lake, in Wilkesboro, is also thirty minutes down the road. Downtown Boone, home to Appalachian State University, is twenty minutes away and offers many local shopping and dining options and several local parks.

Three bedrooms in the cabin can accommodate a total of eight guests. Finished log walls and tongue-and-groove ceilings add a cozy warmth to the interior. The living room has comfortable leather furniture around the stone fireplace with gas logs and a Smart TV. Just off the living room is the dining area, with seating for eight, and a spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances and plenty of cabinetry for all your cooking needs. The back deck, accessed from the dining area, spans the length of the home and has a gas grill and an outdoor dining area. The views and fresh mountain air make the back deck a favorite place during your stay. On the lower level, you can play a friendly game of pool or ping pong.

Sky View Cabin can comfortably sleep eight guests. The master suite on the main level has a log-style king bed, TV, and access to the back deck where guests can enjoy their morning coffee or tea. The ensuite has double vanities, a jetted tub, and a separate shower. Upstairs are two additional spacious bedrooms. The bedroom on the right can sleep three guests in queen and twin beds. The left bedroom can sleep four guests in queen and full beds. The two bedrooms share a full bathroom on the top floor.

Additional amenities include WiFi, central heating and air conditioning, YouTube TV, and a main-floor powder room. The home is accessed via a paved road, and paved parking can accommodate three vehicles. Pets are allowed with an additional pet fee. Winter travelers should be prepared with AWD or 4WD and tire chains.
