10/10 I stay here in this property for 3 nights on 09/2025 This is an amazing place to stay quiet, cleanliness, spacious and very cozy, communication was excellent, we spend most of the day sightseeing around the area, we got to the house tired and it was a very good to rest in a nice cozy home, I wish it will be available on my next visit to San Francisco.
House is very nice to stay at. Kitchen has many pots, pans, etc. and very functional. Nice kitchen table. Saw a small deer out back. Comfortable sleeping. Thank you.
Let me begin by saying the house was clean, furnished with various kitchen appliances, including Keurig coffee maker (bring your own coffee), toaster, waffle machine and blender.
Communication with Renzo and Laura was prompt and easy. When asked if a space heater to warm the bedroom located in the lower area was possible, they set it up so that I could pick up the heater at a nearby store. And we learned how smart thermostat works. Temperature will drop if no motion is detected in the living space, thus conserving heat.
However, be sure to bring additional wash cloths as only one was provided for our 3 guests (health/sanitary concerns per Laura). And be very cautious of the steep stairs leading down to the 2nd bedroom. As well as the stairs outside going up to the house. Both did have handrails but did not extend completely.
Also recommend adding a non-slip tub mat since tub was a little slippery. At our age (65+), we want to feel safe while showering.
Overall our stay was comfortable, with terrific eateries nearby (Yummy House especially!), and nice area to see wildlife (deer, woodpeckers, blue jays, etc).
If you're looking to getaway from the busy SF area but still have easy access to Northern Bay areas and wine country, this home would be your place.

Hi Thadine,
We truly appreciate your positive review and wanted to address some points for future guests. Firstly, thank you for leaving the house in such wonderful condition, and we genuinely hope to welcome you back next year!
During your stay, we made sure to clarify that the thermostat requires a minute to evenly distribute heat, especially since it rises. I also disabled the eco mode for your comfort. Additionally, I mentioned the heating vent directly serving the downstairs bedroom, and you later confirmed that the house just needed a moment to heat up.
Regarding towels, we provided 8 bath towels and one hand towel, omitting washcloths for sanitary reasons. We also provided an extra comforter, blanket, and pillow as a last-minute accommodation for your guest intending to sleep on the couch.
We value your feedback and look forward to hosting you again in the future.
