I live an hour away from RMNP and it was enjoyable to tour the area and then have an ideal location to retreat to after a hiking day.Wonderful location!

This is a wonderful cabin situated in a beautiful location. John is a very responsive host and was able to accommodate an early check-in to help us with the wedding schedule. Note: It is very much a "rustic cabin", so make sure that is in-line with your expectations.

Great weekend by the river

Excellent cabin and community of cabins. A+ across the board. Beautiful riverside setting for enjoying the river and mountains. We could hear the river from the cabin and prime sitting/relaxing areas on the river bank are only 25 yards away. Perfect.

Sweet Spot

It was the beauty of God’s creation that made a huge impact! Was a quiet place to relax and do some fishing. The Big Thompson River was higher and faster than we had ever seen. Such amazing views! The sights and sounds were impressive! The cabin was more than adequate for our needs. And impressed by the cleanliness of it!
