The cabin was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We liked the location - close to Fish Creek but in a quiet, woodsy setting. It was in a perfect location to set out on a bike to explore Peninsula State Park and the back roads if Door County. We enjoyed our stay.

We were so thrilled to find this cabin on short notice after having to unexpectedly change our travel plans. It was a wonderful location—just enough seclusion while being in close proximity to town. The cabin was so charming and tastefully decorated—perfect blend of modern and rustic. We especially loved the screened in side room—our favorite place to hang out in the cabin! It was stocked with a lot of essentials and some extras. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a centrally located, quiet, well stocked and family friendly place.

We had a quick stay, went up to celebrate our anniversary and enjoy the fall color. After being out all day, it was lovely to come home and watch the Brewers and the Packers. Both win! We enjoyed the fireplace and just being together. Everything was well organized, and laid out to understand. Beds were very comfortable and we slept well. Thank you for a great stay!

Nice cozy cabin in the woods

Everything was fine! Plenty of firewood for the nightly campfires. Turkeys wondering through the woods.Handy access to the state park, Fish Creek and Ephram.

Quiet setting/ beware of quality of fixtures installation

The setting of this property is very serene. We did have one unfortunate event that affected this rating. The shower on/off failed in the on position and we waited nearly 2 hours for a plumber. We then learned it was poor workmanship that had caused the problem and that there are multiple problems with the installation of the shower hardware. This was very unfortunate to experience on our last morning with a 10 am check out. No compensation of time or $ was offered for this inconvenience.
