Front Bedroom #1 California King, lots of drawer storage, large closet, window fan.

Bedroom #2 two twin beds, small washer/dryer inside closet.

Bedroom #3 California King, closet, drawer with lots of storage, window air conditioner!

Living Room w/TV, ROKU remote, couch, sitting couch, two captain stools. Front Porch has new couch the folds down for sleeping or napping! Sitting chairs on front porch which is all windows for nice light. Cozy in the evenings to curl up and read a book or play games. Bottom windows crank open for fresh. Ocean View from front yard, walk to the beach.

Kitchen has lots of pots, pans, dishes, cups, microwave, stove, utensils. Hall closet with umbrellas and vacuum.

Patio with table & 6 chairs, umbrella, Propane BBQ. Open Outdoor shower for rinsing off sand. Bin with (5) beach chairs & beach towels. Downtown Niantic 10-15 minutes, shops, antiquing, deli's, restaurants.

Black Point is a private beach making it safe and very family friendly!
