Entire property to yourself!!! Kick back and relax at this newly renovated Key West inspired home with a 90's "Memphis Style" kick. This spacious home has many unique features and spaces that are sure to enhance your stay. Located a short drive or a 10–15-minute walk to Downtown Mount Dora. 1,244 sq ft home with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (3rd bedroom is an office that can be used for sleeping with provided fold out mattress or pack and play). Includes a home gym and a private tanning area!
The space
Savor your morning cup of coffee in one of our many outdoor lounging areas. Curl up in an egg chair on the screened in porch, a colorful Adirondack chair on the back patio, or get some sun on the lounge chairs. Enjoy the Florida custom of relaxing in the outdoor shower that is located off the master bath via a private entrance. For an even more magical experience, we recommend doing this at night under the moon, stars, and twinkle lights. Get ready for the beach by getting some extra sun on those buns with a private, sandy tanning area. Enjoy a movie night with the family and friends in the comfortable and colorful living room which features a premium Smart TV. When designing this home, our focus was your comfort and to provide a unique experience in the Mount Dora Dollhouse.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property with the exception of a few locked cabinets in the garage.
Other things to note
Both bedrooms have their own premium Smart TVs. Master bedroom has 55” Samsung QLED TV. Guest room has 43” LG OLED TV. Living room has a 55” LG OLED TV.

Continue your exercise regimen in your private gym that features matted floors, dumbbells sets (2.5lb-40lbs), reclining weight bench, freestanding pull up bar, yoga mats, and yoga block. Television in workout area includes access to YouTube Premium and Beachbody on Demand.

Keep working or gaming by utilizing our office space with 1 Gigabit fiber internet connection (wired and wireless). All TVs and office have Ethernet wall jacks. Printer is provided in office.
