Le Petit Suite is a private secluded 500 square foot cottage nestled among 100 year old oak trees. There is a large private driveway, secluded deck out back, adirondack chairs, umbrella, BBQ grill and fire pit. The interior boasts a king size bed, cable TV, Wifi, central air and heat, love seat and dinette, giving you everything you'll need for your stay in "Mt. Adorable". Continental breakfast and coffee provided in the cottage as well as a welcome bottle of wine. Mini frig, microwave, toaster, air fryer and 4 burner electric cooktop in kitchen. Owners live on sight.

Sherre was a wonderful host, and the cottage was perfect for the two of us. The cottage is well maintained and very clean with a very charming decor. The location was great for walking into downtown, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

Sherre and Ron do an absolutely fabulous job as hosts to Le Petit Suite Cottage. The whole process from booking to check in ran very smooth and Sherry was available if needed. The cottage is so sweet and they have taken the time to think of everything you may need which was totally unexpected and appreciated! Mount Dora is a quaint town with lot’s to do and have many events. I will be going back and will certainly look forward to seeing Sherre and Ron as they felt like family…don’t hesitate!! The hosts could not be better. The cottage was beautifully decorated for Christmas and was immaculate inside. The rate was very reasonable and appreciated that there were no pet fees or cleaning fees. I have already recommended this cottage. They had 3 bottles of wine for us, the kitchen was totally stocked with milk, orange juice, different types of coffees, teas, cereals, etc. I have never seen a place like this!!! Ann Finley

Sheree and Ron were great hosts couldn’t believe how nice the cottage was and Sheree even took our dog for a walk while we were gone. Want ever find a place like that to stay again will definitely go back.

My two pups and I had a wonderful stay! The accommodations were beautiful and comfortable. Ron and Sherre were perfect hosts, attentive and so kind. We walked from the cottage to downtown Mt. Dora a few times. It's nicely located near parks, restaurants, and shopping. I highly recommend this sweet LePetit Suite!

Great Week with our Pups

Sheree is a great hostess, our Corgis loved her and so did we. Location was amazing and the cottage is one of the sweetest places we ever stayed. We have already booked our next to stay!

This is a perfectly lovely cottage with any amenity you could wish for. There's a private deck out back, perfect for recapping the day's explorations. It's a quiet neighborhood. The host is nearby if needed. And there are dogs!

This is a gem of a gemCould not even start to say what was perfect because everything was to perfection. Sherri welcomed us with open arms . Kitchen and bathroom had all that was needed and more . Clean and smelling lovely when we arrived .Short walk to downtown or golf cart pick up if you need for a small tip only. Most Amazing Host

Ron and I are semi-retired and moved here to Mt. Dora from Miami in 2014 and just love it! We had been in Miami since the 1970's and were ready to slow down , a little! Our daughter discovered Mt. Dora and chose it as the location to open her dream custom cake shop and we followed her here! Greatest decision ever!!!

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this property at first sight because of the location and the beautiful grounds. It has only improved with time with beautiful greenery and flowers throughout the property.
