Cozy cabin

Our family had a wonderful time at the cabin. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit (the kiddos love s’mores) and it was such a great space to have downtime and connect as a family.

Beautiful cabin, very clean! Sat on the covered porch of a morning and watched the deer walk right across the front lawn. Our second morning there were 10 deer, including 3 baby fawns. Was so peaceful. Nice fire pit area. We sat by the fire and roasted marshmallows with the babies. They had an absolute blast. Highly recommend for a quick weekend getaway.

The property was in a nice location and across the street from a lake. The road was busy at times and we were cautioned in advance about pulling out of the driveway. I gave the property a 2 for cleanliness due to the couch being covered with pet hair and a strong smell within the home (possibly sewage) once we walked in. The couch also had pet or baby toys still under the cushions along with hair. The bunk beds in the guest room weren’t very sturdy so no one utilized the top bunk. It is a nice place but needs a little more attention.
