Relax and recharge at Good Times on the Cape a newly built luxury home in the historic district of Cape Charles, a short walk or golf cart ride away to the beach, park, shops, and restaurants.
This two-story home is entirely private. The front porch is outfitted with rocking chairs, an important part of the laid-back Cape Charles lifestyle and perfect for morning coffee. The backyard has a patio perfectly outfitted with a table and chairs designed for dining alfresco and looking up at the stars. There is also an outside shower for rinsing off after a day in the sand or fishing at the pier!
Designed with extended families and friends who travel together in mind - this home has TWO master bedrooms with en-suite baths!
The high-speed wifi and TV are ready with your favorite apps if you need to check email or unwind with a movie.

The space
We can comfortably host 9 guests with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.

Downstairs: When you walk into this home you immediately get drawn in by the warm spacious and welcoming design. The first floor has an open-concept living room, dining, and kitchen. The kitchen has stunning quartz countertops, brand-new stainless steel GE appliances and a large island. It has everything you need for cooking up your favorite dishes and entertaining. It is fully stocked with utensils, pots/pans, dishes, & glasses. You'll also find a bar area complete with stemware, highball glasses, wine opener, etc.and a coffee/tea bar that can accommodate a drip-style coffee or K-cups.
There is a large Master bedroom with a Queen size bed and ensuite bath. There is also a mudroom with a washer and dryer - the perfect place to hang the sandy towels from a day at the beach. There is also a half bath on this level.

Upstairs:
When you walk up the stairs there is a great bonus space perfect for kids to hang out, play games, read a book or relax from a day at the beach. There is a Master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite. There are two additional bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other has a stand-alone full-sized bed and a bunk bed, that comfortably sleeps 4.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire house during the duration of your stay with the exception of owners' closets, which will be locked.
You will be emailed a keypad code and instructions for self-check-in within 24 hours of arrival.
Check-in is 4 PM and Check out is 10 AM.
There is plenty of street parking available and an outside plug to charge your golf cart if you rent one.
Safety & Security
Ring cameras are located in the front and rear of the home.

****Rental agreement must be signed within 24 hours to complete the reservation along with photo ID
*Security deposit of $500 required. Deposit to be processed by host on guest's credit card.
* Memorial Day-Labor Day rentals are Sunday-Sunday or Sunday -Thursday
