This villa sits atop the Sapodilla Hills within a quiet residential area just off South Dock road east of Sapodilla Bay. It was masterly designed by the homeowner a local architect and was built to take advantage of its natural surroundings and mesmerizing sunsets amidst hilltop breezes and breathtaking views.

The elegantly styled single story gated home that is unique in the Turks and Caicos host an array of top notched furnishings and decor and was built to showcase the stunning panaromic vista beyond its hilltop location.

There was nothing spared in this luxurious design, which overlooks an infinity pool and boast of a large coral stone sun deck to soak in the TCI sun or you can just relax in the shade under the covered patio.

The large exquisite terrace has a Bose outdoor entertainment system and provides more than adequate seating for a night out in the cool Sapodilla breeze after firing up the gas Grill.

The breathtaking views can be experienced from each of the wonderfully designed bedrooms that host 8 feet high sliding glass doors along their entire western walls providing direct access to the stoned deck and views overlooking Sapodilla Bay and Taylor Bay areas.

A small intimate kitchen boast of modern amenities and hand crafted cabinetry. Central air conditioning is provided throughout with televisions in both bedrooms and a Bose home theatre system in the great room. Cable and wireless Internet access for your personal enjoyment and a home security system for the safety of each guest with adequate parking for 2 or more vehicles. There is also a private trail for adventure seekers that leads to the Chalk Sound shore for a day out at sea in the tandem kayaks provided on property.

Fantastic Views from the back yard!

The property was in good condition with plenty of parking. The home was clean and unbelievable views of Caulk Sound Bay. The home was to have kayaks, but they were not there. Also the TVs in the bedrooms did not work (issues with the cable provider we were told). Biggest issue was the neighborhood around the home was not very clean or as nice as this home. Water pressure was a real struggle as was hot water, but the views again were terrific and you are within 15 minutes to the airport and 30 minutes or less to Grace Bay.

Stunning Sunsets at Turks and Caicos

We greatly enjoyed our stay here. It accommodated our party of 4 nicely with 2 bedrooms on opposite sides of house with own baths. Both rooms with sliding doors out to pool deck and facing that beautiful water. House was clean, furniture comfortable, kitchen had what we needed although could've used a few more forks and spoons so we just hand washed them after each use, pool was wonderful and had floats we could use, there was enough trash bags, paper towels, dish wash liquid, and hand soap which was very nice. Location was convenient to everything and we felt safe there. Sapodillo Bay in our opinion was our favorite so your house is sitting in the prettiest spot and litterally only a few blocks from our favorite beach. Most importantly the view from the house in the eves for the sunset was indeed the best location of all. We enjoyed some amazingly stunning sunsets!!! I would definately reccommend this house to friends and family and if ever return to the island would stay again.

Amazing Sunsets!!!

The pictures of this house do not do it justice. The views from the patio/pool area are simply amazing! We spent every evening there watching the sunset over Chalk Sound and beyond. The pool was clean and refreshing after a day out. The house was immaculate, and everything was in working order. There was everything we needed there to cook and grill, with the exception of seasonings (which I already knew and had brought some with me). Plenty of bath towels, beach towels, paper towels, beach chairs, cooler, etc. for us to use. It was a bit difficult to find the house at first, but that's because we were unfamiliar with the road system in TCI. We always felt safe there, and in TCI in general. Very friendly locals at the Thursday night fish fry, and the fresh seafood was delicious. The wall diving here with Dive Provo is superb; maximum visibility. Beaches are clean with powdery white sand. We went to Grace Bay Beach, but honestly, Sappadillo Bay Beach (maybe a mile away from the house) was much quieter and just as beautiful. And a day trip snorkeling/visiting Iguana Island aboard the Lady Grace catamaran is a must do!!! This house is on the quieter side of the island, but that is exactly what we were looking for. The drive to Grace Bay area is about 20 minutes; not bad at all, but a car is a must if you're staying on this side. You will want one to explore the other areas of the Island anyways. We picked up groceries for lunches and some evening meals at the Graceway IGA.....be prepared to pay high prices, but that's what we expected. It was nice to grill at the house and relax after a day of diving. We ate a delicious meal at Omar's, and picked up fresh snapper to grill at the seafood market right past it one night. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation here, or a better place to call "home" for a week. The owner was easy to work with, and gave us recommendations on rental car agency (Rent a Buggy) and diving operator (Dive Provo). These were both excellent choices. Do not hesitate to book this house! The views alone are worth it!!

We loved it!

We were so excited to stay at this property but it exceeded our already high expectation! The views are beyond beautiful! The posting does not do it justice. We were happy to spend a couple of days at the house lounging in and by the pool. We had a short kayak ride and definitely recommend exploring the sound. We found the home to be appropriately stocked with the basics. The one small issue was quickly remedied. Be prepared to purchase any food/seasoning/condiments that you need. But the kitchen is perfectly supplied with dishware, cookware and glassware. There were only 4 of us, but the house could easily accommodate more. Thanks for such a great stay!

This property had everything we could have asked for. We only had one concern the first day and it was fixed immediately. The owner of the Villa is amazing to deal with and responds to any questions you may have promptly. I I would highly recommend to rent a car as you are not within walking distance to restaurants at all or a grocery store. Cabs cost a fortune there is so be prepared. We had a rental for 2 weeks as I knew what to expect being where this house was located. The views are amazing from the patio and the closest beaches are within a 5 minute drive. The main road to Taylor Beach and Sapodilla Beach is not conducive to walking on South Dock Road. I would stay here again.

Couples get away

This villa checked all the boxes for us. It was located in a quiet part of Provo away from the resorts. One phone call and we were directed to the villa. We had stunning sunset views every night. When we weren’t on an excursion or enjoying the beautiful beaches the pool was very relaxing. If we didn’t want to eat out there was a grill to cook our own dinner. We even enjoyed the kayaks and snorkeling gear! Thank you Raquel and Villa de Clementina!

Great Spot

The villa has a beautiful view of the sunset and overlooks the water. It is a short drive from one of the beaches and about a 20-minute drive from downtown. The villa is great if you are looking for a private pool and the opportunity to grill or just chill out at the house. Raquel was also amazing at giving us some good restaurant suggestions and things to do. We had an amazing time.

Would stay again!

We loved the Villa! There was plenty of room for our family of 3. It was nice that beach towels, chairs, umbrella, pool floats, and kayaks were provided. Raquel was super helpful in suggesting which car rental place to use and got a cake for my daughter's 16th birthday. There was a tropical storm while we were there and she was helpful in letting us know the status of the storm and to contact her if we needed anything. Unfortunately the dryer was not working and a technician needed to be called, but there was a clothes line outside for hanging stuff out to dry. The internet went out with the storm and Raquel was very proactive in trying to get service out to fix it and checked in frequently. Overall, we loved our stay, appreciated all the extras and would stay again.

Fabulous stay!

I can't say enough great things about the property AND Raquel. Let me start with Raquel--she was incredibly responsive and accommodating. From the time we booked, to the day we arrived and during our stay, she was available, answered all of our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. The property- the location worked great for us, we rented a car and it was the perfect home base to explore the various parts of the island. What we enjoyed the most was the pool, the view and beautiful sunsets. I think it has the best view in the island. Spending time in the pool deck was the best part. The house (and beds) were comfortable, there were plenty of towels and it had everything we needed to cook our own meals.

Amazing Stay!

If you are looking at this property and considering renting it, go ahead and just click "Book Now" -- you will be so glad you did! This is a wonderful vacation home and it looks exactly like the photos on the site. A friend and I stayed in the villa during the last week of July 2021 for a girl's trip. We had a wonderful interaction with Raquel during the booking process. She was even able to recommend a car rental agency for us. (You will want to rent a car while on the island so you can visit all of the beautiful beaches). During our stay, Raquel and Anthony were there to answer any questions we had. They provided a local cell phone for our use, which came in very handy when booking excursions or making reservations for dining. The house has two large bedrooms, each with its own bath. The rooms are on opposite sides of the home, so there is some privacy if you want to travel with two couples or need space as a family. Each room opens on to the back deck via a slider and provides a wonderful view. It's difficult to even describe how beautiful the views are from the back of the house. You really have to see it for yourself. Chalk Sound is a gorgeous blue and even changes color throughout the day. The pool at this house is to die for! We probably would have spent the whole day in it, except that the beaches were waiting to be explored. One very important point is that this house is located on the side of the island that is not affected by the seaweed infestation that sometimes hits the islands. There is an amazing beach very close to the house, too. Before we were familiar with the island, we thought that the Grace Bay Beach area might be the best area to stay, but it's actually nice to be able to get away from all of the crowds of people at the resorts there. It only takes about 15-20 minutes to get to that area, and driving on the island is quite easy. The main roads are great and even when you get off onto the smaller roads, they aren't too bad, compared to some islands. Raquel and Anthony have thought of all the little extra touches that make a rental home more comfortable. There's satellite with tons of American channels (and some Canadien ones), wifi, books to read, access to Netflix, and even an outdoor sound system. They also have left enough toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, and garbage bags to get you through your stay. This is very rare in a rental and very appreciated. I can only hope to visit again!

Mind-blowing View!

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa de Clementina. Raquel and Anthony were gems to work with, we had no issues whatsoever. They were friendly and communicative at all times and had some great recommendations that we followed. The house had plenty of space and everything we needed including enough trashbags, toilet paper, detergent, soap, toiletries, ziplock bags, etc for our stay. This is unusual in vacation rentals and very appreciated. We cooked at the villa every morning and nearly every evening. We finished every day with a dip in the pool to watch the sun set over Chalk Bay. Phenomenal!! We rented a vehicle to get around, and made it to nearly every beach and site on Provo plus several on North/Middle. This home made a most excellent base camp. Did I mention the view? Pictures cannot capture what you will see, I just stood out there every morning to drink in that view and beautiful aqua color. We made use of the two tandem kayaks to visit some friendly iquanas on the cays in front of the home. Beware of the small upside down jellyfish that have a minor sting in the water where the kayaks launch...they look like plants or anenomie until they flip over and do their jellyfish thing. The flowers and landscaping around the home is also awesome, just beautiful. The deck and BBQ were perfect. Very nice grill and very nice sunbathing furniture. We entered through the backdoor every day to avoid tracking in sand, using the rear hose to rinse off. Grocery stores are nearby, Smart and Graceway - we liked Graceway a bit more and don't be afraid of the store brands, we found them quite good. Anywhere on the island can pretty much be reached in a max of 20ish minutes of stellar glimpses of the ocean and flamingos in the roadside ponds. Driving on the left was a breeze and I wish the US made more use of the roundabouts that eliminate the need for stoplights. I digress - home had TVs in each bedroom and the living room that got all the channels we wanted although we spent little time with TV. Internet was decent, my son was taking some summer college courses and was able to stay on top of them without too much frustration. Electric stove and dishwasher available along with cold AC. Water pressure and heat were good, music is piped out to the pool deck which was nice. Lots of pool floats and snorkle equipment and beach towels, cooler, chairs, umbrella...just everything you need, it's there. Even the knives were sharp! Enjoy!

Spectacular Views

We totally enjoyed our stay at Ville de Clementina! Raquel and her nephew were more than gracious and helpful. The house is very spacious and comfortable. The amenities were great. We especially loved the pool and patio area with the incredible ever changing views of Chalk Sound and the Atlantic. Sunsets were breathtaking. We would highly recommend this home when you stay in Providenciales. It is about 15 to 20 minutes away from the Grace Bay and Leeward Beach areas but it is well worth the drive to enjoy the serenity and relaxing accommodations.

My husband and I stayed at Villa de Clementina recently for the second time - which should tell you how much we love this home. We couldn't have been happier. The house is clean, well equipped with everything you could need, the owners are a pleasure to work with, and the views are amazing. The area is safe with a view of the police station right across the sound. Beautiful beaches are just minutes away and the kayaks at the house for use in the sound are wonderful. The area is so peaceful and the view of Chalk Sound is hard to beat. Thanks Raquel and Anthony for another wonderful stay.

Our New Happy Place!!

This rental is perfection with the most amazing views and location!!! It is equipped with everything you could want from kayaks, towels, bbq tools, bath robes, beach chairs, umbrella, and fully equipped kitchen. Amazing restaurants nearby. We loved exploring all of Provo and even island hopped one day via a short flight. All of Raquel’s recommendations were on point and she was a gracious host from the minute we landed greeting us at the airport. We can’t wait to return!

The views, the house...Amazing!

What a paradise!! This place is amazing! When our son booked the Villa De Clementina I have to say it was not where we usually stay. We usually stay right on the beach so we can walk there daily. The thing about Turk and Caicos is you need a car to go to all the different beautiful beaches and restaurants around. So I decided I was going to put on my "adventure boots" and roll with staying up high, over looking Chalk Bay. BEST decision ever! The views are amazing!!! To have breakfast everyday on the patio was a true gift from God. The house is very clean and nice. Raquel was great and helped us with everything we needed. She met us at the airport and we followed her in our jeep to the house. There are not a lot of road signs so that was extremely helpful. The house was set with everything we needed. Beach towels included. There are two coffee makers, a toaster, blender and all the pots and pans you will need. Even a washer and dryer and hair dryer. No words or pictures can ever do justice to the real deal of walking out our back door to the most beautiful view of Chalk Bay. The water that was the most beautiful Caribbean blue water we have ever seen. Turks and Caicos totally surprised me with the beauty of the beaches it has. We have been to many Caribbean beach and even Bora-Bora but Turks and Caicos is the ticket! Only a 4-5 hour flight for us. We have found our "happy" place! We will be back!

Paradise

My husband and I stayed at Villa De Clementina for our first visit to TCI. The villa was well equiped with everything you could need for an enjoyable getaway. Raquel was a gracious host and was very responsive the few times we reached out to her. The property was well appointed, clean, and had the most amazing views of the sound and beautiful sunsets nightly. This villa is away from the hustle and bustle of Grace Bay which to us, was part of the charm. You will definatley need a car if staying at this property but nothing was more than a 20 minute drive. The only dislike was having to leave! Thank you Raquel for the use of your lovely home; we can't wait to return!

Beautiful home and view: Remote and suboptimally equipped

The home was lovely: the view magnificent. We were five, including our ten year old grandson. We commonly stay in homes, but for TCI an all-inclusive resort would have been better for us. All activities involved beaches and drives. The home was isolated, which is not necessarily a negative thing, but be aware that there is no place to take a walk and the closest convenience store is several miles away. The house needed more equipment--dishes, larger coffee maker, mixing bowls, frying pans, etc.--all were barely sufficient for the five of us. I did speak with the owner about this. Also, we have, at other rental homes found some supplies--coffee filters, sugar, often spices, commonly oil and even more such as ketchup and mustard. There were none of those things here so our first shopping included an expensive provision component. Again, the house was lovely, but renters should be aware of the issues re location and supplies.

Beautiful views!

My husband and two college age boys were fortunate enough to stay a week at this beautiful home. The views were mesmerizing. The pool, kayaks and outside speakers were a huge bonus. The house is well equipped. We found it to be clean, well stocked with beach towels, floats, umbrella, chairs, a cooler and snorkeling gear. We all enjoyed the kayaks. The outside area is where we spent most of our time. The covered areas were a nice bonus for shade and many places to sit and views to see. Raquel met us at the airport and took us to the house. She and Anthony were gracious host. We had an issue with the safe and couldn't get our money and credit cards out so we had to call them. Anthony was there is 15-20 minutes to open the safe for us. I can't say enough about the views and the house. It was everything that is posted in the description and more. We would love to visit again and I have a feeling that most people who stay here become regulars. Las Brisas resturant right across the water had great food and was so convenient to visit. The Sapodilla Bay Beach is calm and beautiful and Taylor Bay Beach (a little harder to find but we did by using google earth) was a great place to go. They only take 5-10 min at the most and your toes are in the water!! Taylor Bay Beach is a lot bigger than Sapodilla Bay. We really found it hard to leave the house and the area most days and that is with older boys that were very content with the surrounding area. If you snorkel I would recommend Bight reef if you have smaller children. Smith Reef is bigger but not as well marked and further out. If the water is choppy like it was for us than Bight Reef is better. Overall I give the Villa De Clementina a 10 out of 10! Great House

We just got back from renting this house for a week. We have 2 kids 8/4 and our parents joined us for 4 of the 7 nights. First the views of this place are amazing you can see all of Chalk Sound and the ocean. The patio area and pool are very nice and is a huge feature for this house. They had several floaties for the kids, beach toys, snorkel gear, 3 kayaks, and life jackets. The interior of the house was also very nice good floorplan, nice furnishings/quality/bedding etc. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. The pull out couch is also very comfy. We had no issues dealing with the owners they were very nice and helpful in anything we needed. Our 1st night she had me follow her to the closet grocery store so we could get some food asap since we landed late afternoon. Everything in the description of the house is accurate. The only possible negative (which wasn't for us) is this house is located near some industrial area and the surrounding homes have more of a local feel. If you want a more resort type feel this isn't the location for you. We had no issues with the location, we loved the quiet and privacy and the fact the police station is a few blocks away and can be seen from the back patio. If you want more peace and no crowds/people like a resort this is the house for you, we absolutely loved it. We felt safe, had no issues what so ever. Everyone on this island is incredibly nice and were wonderful to our kids. Las Brisas is close by great food, drinks etc. Highly recommend. Taylor Bay is incredible best beach for kids I've ever seen. maybe a 5 min drive from house. Its accessed via Ocean Point Dr look for cars parked on side of road there is a gate. Bring floaties to this beach you will be sorry if you don't as water is very shallow 200-300 yards off shore its amazing. Sopadilla Beach is also great and also within a very short drive of this house. Taylor Bay is better but both are some of the best beaches we've ever been to for younger kids and we've been to several Islands. We use VRBO alot and this is probably the best house we have rented, at least thats what our kids told us. We will be back to this place again no doubt and dealing with the owners was so easy, she met us at the airport then the car rental place, then we followed her to the Villa. The only issue we had is we had to leave. Such a great trip and can't wait until our next visit to the Island which will be at this Villa.

Loved it!

Everything from the view to the very well stocked villa made this one of our best weeks in Provo. The view from the swimming pool overlooking Chalk Sound is without compare. With Sapodilla and Taylor Bay beaches within a 2 minute drive it made for perfect beach days.I am still amazed by how fast the Chalk Sound area is recovering from Irma with Villa De Clementina suffering no damage that I could see. I would not hesitate to rent this Villa again!
