Fantastic time at Almond Springs
We had a fantastic time, and stayed in Cabin 1 on the ranch. The bathroom is a short walk away. The cabin had a very comfortable bed, good AC (it was really hot when we were there) fridge, sink and coffee in the room. WE also brought our dog who had a blast running around the property. The ranch has everything you need to enjoy time and even stay on property the whole time. The kitchen is very well appointed with use of the fridge, coffee maker (there is a coffee make in the room also), stove and all utensils you will need. There is an amazing outdoor Santa Maria Barbecue with wood. There is a game room, a living room, a bar that are all very vintage and is appointed with so many farming artifacts. We did chores one morning with Carly and Kelly: fed chickens, goats, cattle. Milked goats, harvested eggs, bottle fed baby goats. It was amazing. Carly and Kelly are in the family that has owned the ranch for 5 generations and are amazing hosts. They were so helpful with any questions that we had. IT was a fantastic stay and I hope we get back there some day!

Incredible family stay
Our family of 3 stayed in a cabin overnight on our spring break road trip. The cabin was cozy, charming, warm and comfy for two parents and our 5 year-old. Carly and her family are super friendly and warm. We checked out old farm equipment, climbed a tree, played pool, and played in a little treehouse. In the morning we had breakfast with some bread we brought and fresh eggs from the farm. Then since it was spring we got to play with baby goats, hold a chick, and even see a goat being born! We also had a lovely farm tour with Carly— saw goats, cattle, chickens. It is a beautiful 20 minute drive outside of Paso Robles— we couldn’t recommend more highly. Spend a night here!

11/10 Amazing!!!
What an incredible property! I stayed in a cabin with my mom and my Great Dane, and we could not have had a better experience. The cabin was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. Bathrooms were clean and private, and the hosts made the stay. Carly and her father Mitch were a delight, and the barn tour was spectacular! I could not recommend this stay more highly, and I hope to be back in the future soon :)

Incredible farm stay!
My wife, our dog and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Check in was very easy and Carly was super helpful showing us around and getting us settled in. The property itself is beautiful. Our dog had such a fun time running around and sniffing everything. Our only regret was not staying longer. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we pass through.

Goats & Stars
What a treat! Carly and her family run an amazing REAL ranch just N of Paso Robles. We TRULY felt like we were get the ranch experience but 5 star version. The drive was scenic and beautiful, we saw bald eagles, owls and lots of cool critters. The cabin was comfortable and well appointed, with lovely sheets and decor. Getting to sit outside and watch the stars and listen to the chirping of the crickets was such a departure from our urban lifestyle. Then the topper was getting to help feed the goats & cows in the am. What a treat to be able to experience nature in such a wonderful way. Don't second guess, stay here. :)

Hello Everyone! My name is Carly Paul. I am 5th generation on the Ranch that is home to the Almond Springs Cabins.

I love being a host and being able to share the ranch with others. My favorite thing to experience is when our guests arrive and are shocked and excited by the surroundings and where they get to stay. We love what we do and we love to share it with others.

What makes this property unique

This property is unique because I don't think there is anywhere like it in our area. You are emersed in the country side and can truly remove your self from everyday distractions and relax. You are in your own remote country oasis! The property is set in the middle of a 4,500 acre ranch.
