This beautifully mainained complex is located on the widest part of one of the best beaches in central florida. It is 1300 sq. ft, non carpeted, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths.King, Bunk beds, blow up. The unit has a large living area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, all appliances, granite countertops, lanai. The unit has 3 large flat screen tvs, dvd,stereo, central heat/ac. This condo offers panoramic views of the crystal blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico from every room. The view is spectacular and the sunsets magnificent. Free Wi-Fi in unit. It is located on the 2nd floor. This attractive complex has 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs, courtyard with shuffleboard. There is a large heated swimming pool, recreation room with pool, ping pong, air hockey. There are many shops, restaurants, gold, tennis and attractions nearby. Busch Gardens/Adventure Island is one hour away and Disney/Epcot 2 1/1 hours away. Pack your bags and let Island House Beach Resort make your vacation a most memorable one!!

On the Beach
You literally step outside of this property and you are on the beach. There are tons of chairs and lounges on the beach to use. The views are wonderful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We visited Island House second week of March with our two toddlers. The resort was really clean. We could see people cleaning and maintaining the premises and the beach every day. The location is amazing, right on the beach, which was a huge plus for us. As per past reviews, it's true...the condo is not updated, it could definitely do with some renovation and updates. Specifically to the kitchen appliances and patio area. It would be wonderful if there was a newer working vacuum in the place too, especially if you're staying there longer and you have kids (just a suggestion for condo owners). That being said, the condo is spacious, bathrooms are great, there is everything you could want in the kitchen (appliance and dinnerware wise), there are washer/dryer units on every floor, the view is amazing! Overall, the pros outweighed the cons for us and we will be coming back next year! Thanks for a wonderful time Island House!
